I also encountered the same problem, but I did sign up for a .99 trial. I am not a stupid person and I WAS NOT nor did anything say a one week trial. Also there is an international fee they charge. It has been 2 1/2 weeks and I have still received nothing from this company. I just spoke to their customer service and they said a kit was on it's way within 2 weeks. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I have been billed 2 times for this and received nothing. They did give me an address to make a complaint with the company and said I had to send a letter to request my refund along with my kit. What kit? I don't think so. Here is the address maybe it will help

This is a terrible company to do this to people in this economic time when people are desperate to make money and trust what businesses say they will do, which we all know now they have no intention of doing. They are taking our money which we don't have!

I had signed up for a .99 trial, which after 2 weeks have still not received anything except charges. They also charge you an international exchange fee which is not mentioned anywhere in the terms and conditions. Apparently the company is in the Phillipines and you have a week to cancel, well that is impossible since you receive nothing. Also they don't tell you where the company is or else the average individual signing up would know the impossibilities of cancellation in a one week period. I called the customer service # my bank provided for me and they did cancel my "memership" and said I had to write a letter to the company along with the product to "request" a refund. WHAT PRODUCT? She said it should be arriving within 2 weeks. It has already been 2 weeks and I have been billed 2 times for nothing. You call the customer service # provided and surprise, , , no answer. This is a terrible scam!

I too did the same thing except mine was supposedly Google, well it wasn't and I have been billed 3 times for nothing. I have a complaint in with everyone, it is turned over to the bank now for fraud. I really wish I would have thought to read complaints before I signed up. Well lesson learned the hard way.

This 72.21 scam is also Blazing Keywords. I found this out from my bank fraud dept. I did sign up for the .99 trial. They don't tell you there is an international fee associated and after 2 1/2 weeks I have still not received the CD. I spoke to their customer service [protected]) and they supposedly cancelled my account. She then referred me to (THE COMPANY-Blazing Keywords) and said I had to send a letter to REQUEST a refund. Are you kidding me? I demand a refund. Also was told to return the product with the request. WHAT PRODUCT? For all of you who are trying to get to the bottom of this, try Blazing Keywords, it is part of this Google scam. The customer service # for Blazing Keywords is [protected], don't expect them to answer the phone, my bank tried also, but hopefully this might help someone.
