We are sorry that you had a negative experience. ###book does not tolerate the spamming of its members and are constantly working hard to keep third parties who violate our Terms of Use away from our site and members. We always encourage our members to notify us of spamming by utilizing our support page or by emailing us at customersupport@###book.com.
Dear Noel,

we just found this complaint and checked your subscription and saw, that according to our policies, which are to cancel immediately a subscription, as soon as the user requests this, your subscription has been cancelled after the initial billing.

One of the unfortunate parts of success is that ###book’s competitors are always trying to make ###book look bad in a desperate attempt to increase their own sales. ###book does not tolerate spamming and does not post the personal information of its users on any public website. We suspect that your situation involves a competitor website. Please contact us directly and we will do everything in our power to try to remedy the situation.
