I have received many messages and IMs but everytime I try to upgrade, site says I already am a member and to notify customer service. I have upgraded once for three days only but won't let me upgrade anymore. I have not been able to send or read any messages, even after my first upgrade. I'm not asking for refund because I enjoy your site, but would like to have the opportunity to at least be able to send messages back to those that have already sent messages to me. How can you help me? Thank you for your time.
