AVPS, LLC provides all terms and conditions to our merchants prior to approval. AVPS, LLC, also requires signatures agreeing to those terms and conditions prior to approval. This merchant is not providing their full name or business name in order for AVPS, LLC to review his merchant account and his complaint. I have checked the profile Alen and there is only a first name and one complaint. AVPS, LLC would like to address this issue and resolve. Please submit your name, business name and what your complaint is specifically so AVPS, LLC can address it professionally.
AVPS, LLC needs to have your Merchant Name as it appears on your applicaiton. We have searched our database for your display name Bruce Wilmner and we cannot find you. Please send an email to support@avpsolutions.com reference Complaints Board and we will address your issue.
AVPS, LLC did address this issue and merchant was funded the full amount requested minus shipping charges for equipment shipped to the merchant prior to their request for cancellation. The merchant did sign an agreement agreeing to the terms and conditions which includes an Early Termination Fee if cancelled before the term of contract is complete. In this case is 3 years and by signing the contract and merchant account being approved, merchant authorized fees to be debited from account. There are no notes in the file regarding rush delivery of machine therefore AVPS was not advised of this request until after merchant received equipment. Equipment was returned 5/28/09 and refund was processed 6/2/09, the date this complaint was posted.
As stated in your complaint AVPS, LLC did not represent Margie when you signed your lease for the equipment. Leases for equipment are seperate agreements and AVPS, LLC receives no residuals for that since Margie is the Representative. AVPS, LLC does not pay Margie any residuals since she is not our representative. Your complaint is with Margie and Golden Eagle Leasing not AVPS, LLC.
