I know it's hard to think & all, what with all the alcohol coursing through your veins, but have you considered CALLING THE MANUFACTURER?

"As for other comments about high quality products..."

I was being sarcastic. This is why you're having problems w/ Dealextreme; your comprehension skills are lacking. Unless you like in exile, there are stores local to you where you can walk into & purchase batteries from, rather than ordering them online from a business on the the other side of the world.

NM I'm aware it doesn't take a lot of time or effort to find someone on google. I was, again, being sarcastic.

*Any* time the OP spent on googling was too long.
Food is burnt plus a hair in a pizza - sounds like a normal Pizza Hut pizza to me.

Well they wouldn't email you if it wasn't true. I think you should go for it, you have nothing at all to lose and everything to gain. I mean, sure, they may ask you to send them some money first to cover the fees for the international transfer, but hey that's chump change compared to what you'll receive!

(I'm sure Best Buy is really hurting from your lack of patronage)

Gah, you customers and your cries of "false advertising!" and "bait & switch!" It's like your mantra. I'm surprised you didn't threaten to call the Better Business Bureau; I'm sure that's next on your to-do list.

Let me enlighten you - there is fine print in damn near every ad or flyer like those, and I'd be willing to bet the flyer you're referring to had it too. I'd venture further by guessing it read "offer not available in all stores" "offer limited to stock on hand" or something similar. Smart companies always include legal disclaimers to cover their ###. With that said, your claim of false advertisment is WRONG.

Additionally, bait and switch is when an item is advertised, but not available. Never was available to begin with. So when you go to purchase said item, you are told it is out of stock, and you are offered a "better" but more expensive product. You are "baited" with the original item, and the store "switches" the item with something more expensive. When you when into Kohls, they didn't try to upsell you, did they? Nope! So again, with that said, your claim of bait and switch is WRONG.

You should really take the time and learn the phrases you so flippantly throw around.

Lastly, I'm sure you have noticed, Kohls is a rather large corporation. Individual stores have no say or control in regards to what is placed in their ads. It's a shame you can't figure out how to purchase something online; it would have saved the sales associates from one less clueless drone of a customer.

Obviously you went on an alcoholic binge, got hungry, and blacked out the entire event. You should really lay off the hooch.

Jeez lady, do you still breast feed him too? Loosen the reigns already.
You are a ###. Why would you go back to the dentist to have x-rays done if you thought they were fine? Also, I call BS on your claim the xray machine hit you so hard you got a concussion - unless the xray tech tied you down & rammed the machine into the back of your skull repeatedly, there is just no way. I'll bet you're one of the those stupid old ladies who "slip" on water in front of department store cameras, looking for to sue corporations for big bucks. Someone needs to examine your head for mental illness, not concussions.
What's "outrageous" and "ludicrous" is you buying a one-person salad for $17.
Hey Einstein, you just posted your password & personal info on a public web site. Good goin'.

If you are disputing the charge they're not going to refund you - you would get the money back twice. I hope they keep charging you.
That's no "excuse" you ### - It's YOUR OWN FAULT the room number wasn't included...seriously, how were they to know where the flowers go? You're lucky they didn't just leave them at the entrance and walk away. Why would they offer you a credit for YOUR mistake? Next time you order something online, have someone proofread the address for you since you can't be bothered to correct your own errors.
