i see that amount of money taken out of my account $4.95 I agreed to but not the $39.95 and now I cannot get ahold of anyone to cancel that billing. Very poor business practice!

in my opinion you paid a retainer for them to write up paperwork and look into your cost. The $1200 is about a third of what you will pay BEFORE it goes to court. Now you demanded the money back so they will take that as being fired.

I went online looking for a new motorcycle and found one on Ultimate Automobiles. The sales price was listed at $6490.00. I sent an email like they wanted, I asked them if the price was correct, they told me it was. At that time I asked for the total cost with tax and license. When I received the bill it was $900 higher than I expected.
This is horrible. Is there anything you can do at all to make the company answer for their belligerent behavior?
You should divide you text in paragraphs so its easier on the eyes. Problem with these big companies is that they don't need to treat anyone with courtesy. One guy complaining does not really make a difference to them.
I think freelancer saw the opportunity to grab some of your money. If you're in Australia and the funds are not from Iran and less than 20k than clearly these guys are trying to rip you off.

You don't have to pay if you can prove that they advertise the videos as free. Take a screen shot and keep it with you.
