It took nearly two months to get a response. The minutes they could not recover in five hours suddenly became possible in less than five minutes. However, being two months after the fact, I had already changed carriers. I insisted on a refund for the unused time.
Well, for grins, I called and of course, they told me that Samsung no longer manufactured the part, so they didn't have it; and of course, no one else seems to either, and from what I can determine, and this appears to be a common complaint re: this bin with nothing done by Samsung to address the problem.

So my initial estimate was $1170: $900 for the initial 2000 lbs, and the rest was made up of a $45 fuel charge, $75 elevator charge at my current residence and $150 stair charge at my final destination which is on the 3rd floor.
in summation, it took 17 days and numerous calls to get less than 2000 lbs of boxes and furniture. Awful customer service, unprofessional movers, dishonest shady behavior and just lies upon lies, one of the worst experiences of my entire life.
