Sun Devil Taxi Tempe AZ review: Customer Service 1

I, am a new individual to Tempe, and was trying to book round trip transportation for eight college students so they could drink and not have to worry about a dedicated driver. In trying to get an estimate of the costs, I was hung up on purposely twice by Sun Devil Taxi. I was actually told that all of the taxis were busy and to not call again. I will definitely not call again. Apache was very courteous and gave me pricing and I am booking my current and future taxi services for my students with them. That is right. I am not the student. I am a parent trying to pay for the transportation. Being a CEO, I have never heard such discourteous treatment from a vendor as I received from Sun Devil Taxi. After such treatment, I would not trust them to haul the trash let alone a human being. This occurrence happened on 5/27/13 so the employers can track who their employees were. I would say they had poor training but it is obvious that Sun Devil Taxi feels that no training is required.
