I just was burned by ebay and its famous buyer protection scam, I have several hundred positive feedback been selling a long time with good reviews. One woman from Brentwood California just burned me very good by purchasing a bottle of Chanel and when she received it she claimed it was not authentic, I have previously had the bottle authenticated and because it came from a family member who had passed I knew its entire history, date of manufacture, bottle designer ect. she was allowed by ebay to stomp her feet open a case and even when I provided all documents and receipts they still sided with her, well it just got to my house today and guess what. Its NOT my bottle of Chanel its been filed on the back and is 1/2 empty, what did ebay do? They gave her my Chanel and her money. They are legal gangsters. I added her to [redacted] and that's all I can do. I like the signature above "if you cant afford to lose it, don't sell it on ebay" I have closed my account and will never do business there again.

I was charged $239.99 for a yearly fee for spy ware. I was told I would still be charged from $100 and up for a hard problem. Now that they have my money they won't return my phone calls. At first it was like talking to a different company I hate to see what happens today when I cancel them all together.
How did Facebook find out what your debit card number is? What else do they know about you and every other user? Isn't this illegal?

Yeah I thought that Montel Williams was working for a legit company, But I see that he is only in it for the money as well as Money Mutual. I had only taken out only 700. dollars and was in agreement for paying every month and was taken for a ride. The first payment of 210. dollars was taken out of my account in two weeks and then 20. dollars. then on a consecutive every two weeks 210. and even 35. dollar when ever they felt like it. I called the BBB and was told to close out my account, they had kept taking money even after they got it all back. Now I am going to court to pay an outstanding amount of 1500. dollars and court cost of another 1500. dollars. So yes it is not to help it is to hurt those that don't know about the legal loan sharks that really do bite your head off.

The unfortunate thing is that people do fall for these scams. Thank you for posting this and alerting others to this scam

You get what you pay for. If it is free then expect a substandard level of service. No such thing as free lunch in Capitalism.
I have had the most unpleasant experience I have ever had with this company. In putting up the price of a product I had bookmarked as a Christmas present I was told on the phone by a worker at this company that 'I will charge what I want and in fact, if you aren't willing to pay more, please don't become a customer of mine.' His attitude was borderline abusive when my inquiry was friendly and when I was about to ask for advice on an alternative he hung up the phone.

It is your responsibility to conduct background checks when conducting business nationally and internationally. A search in yahoo, bing, google or any of the keywords "scam ottoman group", "fraud dustin Collins" or "scam alert Stephanie Hillman" will reflect some extents of their publicly reported fraud.

Unfortunately I would not recommend buying any Samsung product. ESPECIALLY if its only been released in the last 6 months. Who knows what kind of defects you'll run into.

My car broke down on the road side and All Vehicle Transporters towed it from Massachusetts to Florida quoting a price of $600 that day. But when I went to pick the car up I was told that a price is $900. If I knew that it would be that expensive I would have used another towing company but now I had no option but to pay them and take my car. What a rip off.
Please don't waste your time with this agency as they will only cause you trouble and waste your time
They called me and told me about some grant/loan I could get from the gov. and not have to pay it back to open up a business, I know that there are actual legitimate grants out there but they don't call you to give you free money. I asked for their company name and asked them to call back tomorrow, glad I didn't jump on it, if it sounds to good to be tru it most likely is, Thx you very much every one I definitely cant afford to even lose 1$ it just really sucks that they are allowed to run a business like that sounds like they straight lie to people and make big promises that they cant keep
I sent my iPod to Repairs4 and paid $40 for the repair, they emailed me saying that it was repaired 2 days after and told that it was shipped to my location already. Thing is that I’ve never got my iPod back and I emailed them asking for the location of my stuff. They told me that from now on I need to ask all the questions to the delivery company… what a rip off.
I got a call from AIL . She never told me the name of the company. So I called her back and got the name. I looked on bing to research it. Was not happy with what I found. BBB gave them a F and had an alert on there website. I am not going to waste my time. This makes me so upset. When someone is trying to find a job and they are going to do nothing but waste your time. I have no intention of going to the interview they are just wasting my time.

This crime is in breach of regulations surrounding wire fraud, attorney law fraud and federal securities fraud. In dialogue with the National Futures Association, CFTC and United States Attorney’s Office New York, a large number of companies and individuals have been victims of their fraud since their start two years ago.

I noticed on Sunday night a red Chevy 1500 pickup parked in the same set of spaces. It has a TOWING WINCH on the front end. This is probably the extrication vehicle used to snatch cars of people. In my case, I was LEGALLY PARKED and I am going to make this seeming racket EXPOSED to all relevant people.

Call a credit card counseling agency. They can help you resolve the issue to eliminate some of the debt but you will have to pay them for the help to get out of the big bill. Credit card companies know the laws of ins and outs of credit card debt. Good Luck! Lexington Law is a credit counseling company who may be in your state.

You need to pull up your big boy pants and suck it up. At least you have a job. Also I doubt they are doing anything unlawful as you claim. If this were the case the company would be facing law suits.

Don't send this company, or one like it, a dime. It's a bogus claim that the company that owes you money can't find you, and I knew this to be a fact. Instead, do your homework, check out your state's unclaimed property files (most have a way to do this online now) and get your money back. ALL of it!
Contact your bank and request a chargeback on grounds of unauthorized transaction.

The protection plan is bull ###, the sales person CJ Dunn sold it to us because she got commission, they are just interested in the initial sale and once they get your money they don't care about you. They misinform you about the protection plan, you won't hear from them again. When you visit the store, the manager at brandon tampa named joel is the worst person you'll ever meet. Extremely rude and incompetent.

I received an invitation to the conference from Californiafound.org. In order to apply for that conference I was supposed to fill in several questionnaires and give them lots of details about my person including social security number… I’ve got suspicious after their demands so I googled this company on the web and discovered that there are several complaints about them out there.
You will have better luck finding a consumer attorney in your area by going to www.naca.net. (website for the National Association of Consumer Advocates). They've helped me with debt collectors in the past.
The Government feeds poisoned water to service men and then spend years telling us our illnesses is in our heads or we are just lazy. And now spend weeks, months, years talking as more get sicker and some die. Just to tell us in action we wasted our time protecting this place.
