I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience at Pro Hockey Life. I was trying to order some gear for my upcoming hockey game, and I thought I had selected in-store pick-up on the website. But somehow, I ended up getting redirected to delivery after I had already paid. And get this - the delivery address was automatically taken from my PayPal account, even though I couldn't input it myself. And to make matters worse, the address that was automatically entered was my billing address for PayPal, not my actual delivery address.

I mean, come on. How hard is it to let me choose my own delivery address? And why would you automatically assume that my billing address is the same as my delivery address? It's just not good customer service.

But I will say this - the gear itself was pretty good quality. I just wish the ordering process had been smoother. And I'm not sure I'll be ordering from Pro Hockey Life again anytime soon.

I recently made a purchase at Pro Hockey Life on 130th in Calgary for my son's hockey pants. I spent a whopping $200 on these pants, hoping they would provide the necessary protection for my son during his games. However, after only one use, my son noticed that something was off during practice. Upon closer inspection, we discovered that the seams on the inside of the pants were all ripped and the padding that was supposed to protect the front of his leg had moved to the back.

I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with this product, especially considering the price I paid for it. I decided to make the 45-minute drive back to the store to see if I could get a refund or exchange for a new pair of pants. However, when I spoke to the manager, I was told that they could only exchange the pants for the exact same product and that they didn't have any in stock. They said they would have to order them from elsewhere, but since they were "too busy," I would have to wait another 20 minutes to be served.

I was shocked and appalled by the lack of customer service I received. As a paying customer, I expected to be treated with respect and appreciation, but instead, I was met with indifference and inconvenience. Needless to say, I will not be shopping at Pro Hockey Life again. It's a shame because I had high hopes for this store, but their lack of care for their customers is unacceptable.

I tried to contact customer service through email, but I received no response. I then decided to call them, but I was put on hold for over an hour before I could speak to a representative.

To make matters worse, Pro Hockey Life has since changed their shipping policy to state that orders take 5-7 business days to process and ship. If this is how they treat their customers, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
