Deporvillage Terrible customer service

I had two terrible experiences with deporvillage.

First one, a warranty. I activated the warranty on a defective wheel, I sent them the wheel, they took over 6 months, and tens of emails exchanged, to NOT return nor give me a replacement of the wheel. I had to threaten legal action for them to return the money from the item.

Second one, I want to access my invoices but when I login with the correct credentials, it doesn't accept my login. I try to recover the password, and I receive no email whatsoever on my address. I contact customer support, they repeatedly tell me over tens of emails to click on the recover password, or use the recover password link. I explain to "Joan S.P." that the link doesn't work, I enter my email address, the correct one, and I receive no email whatsoever with the recovery code. She insists on telling me to use the link. I even made her a video, careful to blur all sensitive data, which was a lot of work, she gives me the same response. I eventually found out the website login isn't working properly, maybe some error with cookies or something, because I managed to login on another computer, using the exact same credentials (copy and paste) that, on my computer, the website told me were incorrect. I managed to change my password on that other computer, but when I use the new credentials to login on my computer, it still tells me the credentials are incorrect. To this point, they haven't fixed the issue yet.

Recommendation: Never buy from this store.

Deporvillage Terrible Returns Policy and Customer Service: My Experience with Deporvillage

I had a really bad experience with Deporvillage. I bought some ASICS shoes, but they didn't fit me well. I followed all the steps on their website to return the item, and I even paid for the postage myself. However, it took them two whole months to send the product back to me. When I finally received it, I was shocked to find out that they claimed the product and packaging were damaged.

I tried to contact them multiple times, but it took about 20 emails back and forth before they finally admitted that they were wrong. I was really disappointed with their returns policy, as it wasn't what they claimed it to be. I would advise anyone thinking of buying from Deporvillage to be very careful and aware of their policies.

Overall, I would not recommend buying from this company. Their customer service was terrible, and it was a very frustrating experience. I hope they improve their policies and procedures in the future, but for now, I would advise people to look elsewhere for their sports equipment needs.

Deporvillage Deporvillage's Refusal to Accept Return of Defective Item - A Terrible Experience

I recently had a bad experience with Deporvillage and I would like to share it with you. I purchased a Zbike from their website and unfortunately, it arrived with a defect. I immediately reported the issue to their customer service team and requested a return of the item, as it is my legal right to do so within 14 days of delivery. However, to my surprise, the customer service team refused to accept the return of the item, despite it being mandatory by law.

I was extremely disappointed with their response and felt that they did not respect the European and local laws concerning the rights of clients. As a result, I am now forced to take legal action to enforce my rights, which is a frustrating and time-consuming process.

Overall, my experience with Deporvillage was terrible and I would advise others to avoid buying from them. It is important to shop with companies that respect their customers and adhere to the laws that are in place to protect them. I recently had an experience with Deporvillage that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I placed an order for a pair of running shoes on August 28th and was charged for the purchase. However, I soon received multiple emails from the company stating that there was a delay in shipping and that the shoes were not currently available.

After several weeks of waiting, I was informed that I would need to select a different color for the shoes in order to receive them. I agreed to this, but was then surprised to receive a request for an additional 30 Euros for the new color. I found this to be unreasonable and frustrating, as I had already paid for the original purchase and was not expecting to have to pay more for a different color.

To make matters worse, I found the customer service at Deporvillage to be difficult to deal with. I exchanged over 10 emails with a representative named Yasmine, but was unable to come to a satisfactory resolution. In the end, I decided to cancel the order and was refunded my money.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with Deporvillage. Deporvillage Disappointing Return Policy: My Experience with Deporvillage

Be careful when ordering from Deporvillage! I ordered a pair of New Balance shoes, but despite using their size advisor, they were much too small. When I tried to return them to Spain, I found out that I had to pay for the shipping myself, which cost me 15 euros! Alternatively, I could have paid 9.99 euros for GLS to pick them up, but they were a day late in doing so.

Now, it's been 9 days since the shoes were returned, and I still haven't received a refund. I had to use PayPal's buyer protection because the processing time exceeded the promised 6-7 days.

Overall, I'm disappointed with Deporvillage's weak or non-existent return policy. It's not environmentally friendly to ship individual items all over Europe, and the expensive return policy is economically unwise from a German perspective.

So, be careful when ordering from Deporvillage, and make sure to double-check their return policy before making a purchase.

Deporvillage Terrible Experience with Deporvillage: Avoid at All Costs

I had a really bad experience with Deporvillage (deporvillage.net) when I bought a pair of Gore tights in October 2022. I live in Canada and ordered a size XL, but they shipped a European XL, which is a North American Large. I was really disappointed because it was too small for me. I contacted Deporvillage and they told me that it was my fault and that the only option was to return them to Spain. I had to pay for the shipping ($25) and the Canadian Import duties ($22), and I had to pay to post them back at my expense. It was really frustrating.

After several months, I contacted "customer service" to ask about my refund, but they told me that they never arrived. I thought that the tights were lost. However, in the middle of March, the tights came back marked "Refused" and "return to sender". I was really surprised and disappointed. I sent a photo of the package to "customer service" and they told me that they refuse packages that have "expenses" assigned to them, even though I used their own "Returning materials" label. I couldn't believe it. It was a load of bull.

My advice is to not buy anything from this organization. It is a huge risk. Sure, the price might be attractive, but the chance of a negative experience is very high. I wish I had read some reviews before I made my purchase. I hope that this review will help someone else avoid the same mistake that I made.

Deporvillage Deporvillage Review: Scandalous Returns Policy and Total Rip-Off - Stay Away!

I have to say, I wish I had listened to the warnings before making a purchase on Deporvillage. It's a shame, really. But maybe my experience can help others avoid a total loss.

Let me tell you, the returns policy at Deporvillage is just scandalous. I mean, just take a look at all the negative reviews out there (I've included a few links below). It seems like most of the complaints are about returns. And for good reason - the return rights are way more restricted than what you'd find under German law. And if you're returning something from Spain, you'll have to pay for it yourself. And let me tell you, it's not cheap!

But here's where things get really shady. Deporvillage won't give you your money back if you return something. Can you believe that? They're basically betting that you won't return anything so they can keep the profits. It's a total rip-off, if you ask me.

Unfortunately, not many people from abroad are willing to fight back (in court or otherwise). So, I'm here to tell you - don't make the same mistake I did. Stay away from Deporvillage!

Deporvillage Deporvillage Review: Late Delivery, Poor Communication, and Delayed Refund

I gotta say, I had some issues with Deporvillage (deporvillage.net) when I bought a couple of leggings on January 31st. First off, the goods were late and I didn't get any email explaining why until I messaged them myself. And get this, it had already been over three weeks! They told me the goods had been diverted, but I had to ask to find out. We agreed on a new delivery, but then the merchandise was sent back without any notification. I had to email them again to figure out what happened, and they told me the goods were at the pick-up point. But I never got any message or text telling me that! So I went to pick up the goods, but they had already been returned because five days had passed. And again, I never got any notification except when I asked.

Now, let's talk about the refund. I've been waiting for 15 days since the goods were returned, and I was told that I would get my refund automatically as soon as the goods arrived back at the carrier. But it's been 15 days and still no refund. That's just unprofessional, if you ask me.

I'm still waiting for my refund for order *** and the merchandise was returned on March 12th. This has been going on since February, and I think it's taking way too long. I've already paid 66.7 euros, and all I want is my refund since the merchandise was already returned without me even receiving it.

Honestly, I'm just frustrated with the whole situation. I hope Deporvillage can improve their communication and customer service in the future.

Deporvillage Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Deporvillage

Not very pleased with my experience with Deporvillage. Initially, I was hesitant about placing an order due to the mixed bag of reviews I had read. But I decided to give it a go and place an order anyway. However, only one day after my purchase, the price of the same product was suddenly reduced. Naturally, I contacted their customer service department to request a refund for the difference. Unfortunately, they promptly rejected my request and showed no interest in compensating me.

Needless to say, this was a big disappointment and I wish I had gone with a different retailer. I expected better customer service and basic understanding in this modern era, but it seems like that's too much to ask for sometimes. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this website and I definitely won't be returning for another purchase.

Deporvillage Deporvillage Review: Good Website with Downsides & Hidden Costs

Deporvillage is a pretty good website, but it has some downsides too. It's not very transparent about the additional costs like customs and taxes that come with shipping from an EU country. A lack of clarity is the problem, and other sites make it pretty clear what's expected of buyers. I had to send my order back because of the lack of information, and hopefully, the company responds well to me contacting them later.

Moreover, if you're thinking of returning items from the UK, be prepared for some pretty steep expenses. All in all, Deporvillage is worth a shot, but be cautious about additional costs and make a plan for returns as well in advance to avoid unnecessary expenses.

Deporvillage DeporVillage Review: Unhelpful Customer Service and Confusing Sizing Policy

DeporVillage is a company located in sunny Spain. I had some issues with their sizing when I purchased a product from them. I thought I had selected a Large U.S. size, but the sizes they use are based on international measurements. When the product arrived, it was actually a Medium U.S. and a Large international. I was a little confused because there was nothing on their website that told me about this, and I was frustrated because I needed a Large U.S. The conversion wasn't done for me, and I ended up with the wrong size.

When I tried to send back the product to get the size that I needed, they refused! I couldn't believe it. According to their customer service, it was my mistake. I think that they should have been more helpful with the return of the product because it was not my fault that they didn't give any indications on their website about the international sizing system.

I was even more upset when I found out how much it would cost to send the package back! Seriously, $200?! For a 1-pound package to Spain? That's insane! You can imagine how disappointed I was with DeporVillage. I don't recommend buying from them because they are not helpful and they are definitely not fair.

It's not rocket science, if you are shipping to the U.S., use U.S. sizes! I hope that DeporVillage will take this into consideration and use more customer-friendly policies in the future. If they really care about their customers, they should create a more comfortable return policy, especially if their website sizing information is not as clear as it could be.

Overall, I think that DeporVillage is tyrannical and looks for opportunities to take advantage of their customers. I would not buy a single thing from them again. Just wanted to share my thoughts about DeporVillage. I was looking to purchase some bicycling base layers from Assos and decided to go for DeporVillage. I must say, the shopping process was quite simple and hassle-free. Moreover, the exchange rate was quite good and the prices were really competitive as compared to other online stores. DeporVillage has a huge range of cycling gear available that you won't find on most online stores.

My order arrived within a period of 2 weeks which I think is quite reasonable for a delivery from overseas. Not only was the order delivered on time, but the quality of the products was perfect. To be honest, this is the first time I have ordered anything from DeporVillage but I was so impressed that I placed another order with them recently.

I usually don't take the risk of ordering from overseas companies but my previous experience with BikeInn (based in Spain) wasn't pleasant at all. I had placed an order with them 2 months ago but didn't receive anything. The worst part is, I don't have any legal recourse against them and they basically stole my money which was such a bummer! Since then, I've been quite skeptical of ordering from any non-US based online stores. However, DeporVillage has proved to be very reliable and trustworthy.

Overall, I would highly recommend DeporVillage to anyone looking for sports gear and clothing. Their selection is both wide and varied, plus their products are of great quality. So, if you are thinking of placing an order with them, go ahead and do it. You won't regret it!

Deporvillage Deceptive Practices and Hidden Charges on Deporvillage: A Warning for UK Customers

BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU BUY ON DEPORVILLAGE: I had a bad experience with this website, as a UK customer, as they do not make it clear that you may be charged Import VAT. In my case, I had to pay an extra ?45.85 on top of the ?212 I paid for my Giro bike helmet. Even when you get to the checkout, it says "this is the total you pay," but if you read the small print, it mentions something about taxes applying in the destination country. I didn't pay attention to it since I thought I was already paying the full amount. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case.

I feel like they are deliberately trying to deceive customers, although I have to admit that what they're doing seems to be legal. However, it doesn't feel right to use such tricks to make people pay more without their knowledge. When I contacted them, they replied promptly, but they simply stated that the information was on their website and that I had no right to complain.

I would advise being careful when buying on this website, as it's not as transparent as it should be. Yes, they have a wide range of products, and the pricing may seem attractive, but you won't know the true cost until it's too late. I wish I had been more aware of the small print, but I didn't expect them to hide such important information. I hope this review serves as a warning to others so that they can avoid similar issues.

Deporvillage Terrible Experience with Deporvillage: Overpriced and Unhelpful Customer Service

I had a really bad experience with Deporvillage. I wanted to buy an 8 oz. package and a Columbia jacket, but the price they gave me was outrageous - $240! I couldn't believe it. I felt like I was being scammed. I tried to contact customer service, but they were no help at all. They didn't even seem to care about my problem. I think this company needs to be shut down. They are not trustworthy and I would never do business with them again.

Deporvillage Disappointing Experience with Deporvillage: Missing Item and Poor Customer Service

I recently had a negative experience with Deporvillage and I must say that I am quite disappointed. I had ordered 6 items from their website, but unfortunately, I had to return the order. However, when I received an email from them, they claimed that they had only received 5 of the 6 items. This came as a shock to me as I have never faced such an issue with Amazon in the past 5 years.

I cannot help but assume that this is a way for Deporvillage to take money from their customers when they return products. It is quite frustrating that they did not provide me with a solution to this problem. I am now left with no choice but to report them.

Deporvillage Disappointing Experience with Deporvillage: Hidden Costs and Uncomfortable Shoes

I recently made a purchase from Deporvillage, ordering a pair of shoes and cycle cleats. I followed their recommendation and went up a size, but unfortunately, the shoes were extremely uncomfortable and too small. It was disappointing that it took longer than expected for my order to arrive, but what was even more frustrating was the hidden cost of 'Administration costs' when I returned the shoes for a refund. Although I did receive a refund, it was a huge percentage less than the purchase cost, and on top of that, there was a large shipping cost in the first place. It's important to note that if you're unsure about the correct size or think you may need to return anything, it's best to avoid buying from Deporvillage altogether.
