Deporvillage Terrible customer service

I had two terrible experiences with deporvillage.

First one, a warranty. I activated the warranty on a defective wheel, I sent them the wheel, they took over 6 months, and tens of emails exchanged, to NOT return nor give me a replacement of the wheel. I had to threaten legal action for them to return the money from the item.

Second one, I want to access my invoices but when I login with the correct credentials, it doesn't accept my login. I try to recover the password, and I receive no email whatsoever on my address. I contact customer support, they repeatedly tell me over tens of emails to click on the recover password, or use the recover password link. I explain to "Joan S.P." that the link doesn't work, I enter my email address, the correct one, and I receive no email whatsoever with the recovery code. She insists on telling me to use the link. I even made her a video, careful to blur all sensitive data, which was a lot of work, she gives me the same response. I eventually found out the website login isn't working properly, maybe some error with cookies or something, because I managed to login on another computer, using the exact same credentials (copy and paste) that, on my computer, the website told me were incorrect. I managed to change my password on that other computer, but when I use the new credentials to login on my computer, it still tells me the credentials are incorrect. To this point, they haven't fixed the issue yet.

Recommendation: Never buy from this store.

Deporvillage Terrible Experience with Deporvillage: Overpriced and Unhelpful Customer Service

I had a really bad experience with Deporvillage. I wanted to buy an 8 oz. package and a Columbia jacket, but the price they gave me was outrageous - $240! I couldn't believe it. I felt like I was being scammed. I tried to contact customer service, but they were no help at all. They didn't even seem to care about my problem. I think this company needs to be shut down. They are not trustworthy and I would never do business with them again.

Deporvillage Terrible Customer Service and Refund Policy at Deporvillage - Stay Away!

I gotta say, I had a really bad experience with Deporvillage. I ordered some stuff online and when it arrived, it wasn't what I expected. So, I tried to return it and get my money back, but they just ignored me. I kept trying to contact them, but all I got were these generic responses that didn't really address my concerns. It's like they didn't even care about me as a customer.

What really gets me is that they're based in Spain, so it's not like I can just go down there and demand my money back. And since they're advertising in other countries, it seems like they're just trying to scam as many people as possible. I mean, who knows how many other people they've ripped off?

Honestly, I would stay far away from Deporvillage. They're just not worth the risk. You're better off going with a more reputable company that actually cares about its customers. Don't make the same mistake I did and lose your hard-earned money.

Deporvillage Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Deporvillage.net: Beware of Purchasing Policies

Just recently, I had an unfortunate experience with Deporvillage.net. I ordered an item, but later on realized that it was not what I intended to purchase. So, I decided to call their customer service department to explain the mistake and ask for a refund or exchange. However, the lady who answered my call was a quite rude, and she did not seem very willing to help.

To my surprise, she told me that it was too late to change my order, even though they had not yet packaged my item. I was quite frustrated because I wanted to rectify my mistake before it was too late, but the lade very firmly stated that I had no rights whatsoever. It was shocking to hear such an answer - I mean, what happened to customer service?

I was very disappointed and felt as if I had been cheated. I believe that Deporvillage.net's actions were criminal and highly unethical. It's not okay for a company to ignore their own policies and the law. They should have been cooperative and try to accommodate their customers as much as possible.

Overall, I was left with a negative feeling about Deporvillage.net, and I'm not sure if I'll be using their services again. I would advise other potential customers to be careful and read their policies carefully before making any purchases. You never know when something like this might happen to you.

Deporvillage Disappointing Experience with Deporvillage: Missing Item and Poor Customer Service

I recently had a negative experience with Deporvillage and I must say that I am quite disappointed. I had ordered 6 items from their website, but unfortunately, I had to return the order. However, when I received an email from them, they claimed that they had only received 5 of the 6 items. This came as a shock to me as I have never faced such an issue with Amazon in the past 5 years.

I cannot help but assume that this is a way for Deporvillage to take money from their customers when they return products. It is quite frustrating that they did not provide me with a solution to this problem. I am now left with no choice but to report them.

It is quite unfortunate that such scams still exist in the online shopping world. I hope that Deporvillage takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service in the future.

Deporvillage Disappointing Experience with Deporvillage: Hidden Costs and Uncomfortable Shoes

I recently made a purchase from Deporvillage, ordering a pair of shoes and cycle cleats. I followed their recommendation and went up a size, but unfortunately, the shoes were extremely uncomfortable and too small. It was disappointing that it took longer than expected for my order to arrive, but what was even more frustrating was the hidden cost of 'Administration costs' when I returned the shoes for a refund. Although I did receive a refund, it was a huge percentage less than the purchase cost, and on top of that, there was a large shipping cost in the first place. It's important to note that if you're unsure about the correct size or think you may need to return anything, it's best to avoid buying from Deporvillage altogether.
