I had a deeply disappointing experience with Prish Architect Company, and I feel compelled to share it so others can make a more informed decision before engaging their services. Architecture is not just about drawings and aesthetics—it’s about trust, communication, accountability, and professionalism. Unfortunately, in my experience, Prish Architect Company fell short in nearly every one of these areas.

From the very beginning, the initial consultation gave the impression of confidence and expertise. Promises were made about innovative design, attention to detail, timely delivery, and close collaboration. However, once the contract was signed and payments were initiated, the reality was drastically different. What followed was a pattern of poor communication, missed deadlines, unclear deliverables, and a general lack of responsibility that caused unnecessary stress, delays, and financial strain.

One of the most frustrating aspects was communication—or rather, the lack of it. Emails often went unanswered for days or even weeks. Phone calls were rarely returned, and when responses did come, they were vague and unhelpful. Simple questions about timelines, revisions, or approvals turned into prolonged back-and-forth exchanges with no clear outcomes. As a client, I constantly felt ignored and undervalued, as if my project was an inconvenience rather than a priority.

The design process itself was equally disappointing. Despite clearly explaining requirements, preferences, and budget constraints, the initial designs felt generic and uninspired. They lacked originality and did not reflect the vision discussed during meetings. Revisions were slow, and feedback often seemed misunderstood or dismissed. At times, it felt like the same drawings were being slightly altered and resent, rather than genuinely reworked. For a company that markets itself as professional and creative, the results were surprisingly underwhelming.

Another major issue was missed deadlines. Timelines that were confidently promised at the start were repeatedly pushed back without proper explanation. Deliverables arrived late, and sometimes not at all, unless repeatedly followed up on. These delays had a ripple effect, impacting contractors, approvals, and overall project planning. What made this worse was the lack of accountability—delays were never proactively communicated, and apologies, when offered, felt more like formalities than genuine acknowledgments of inconvenience caused.

Transparency around costs and scope was also problematic. Changes and additional fees were introduced without clear justification or prior discussion. This created confusion and distrust, especially when combined with the already weak communication. Instead of feeling guided by a professional, I felt like I had to constantly monitor every detail just to avoid unexpected issues.

Professionalism was another area where Prish Architect Company disappointed. Meetings often felt rushed or poorly prepared, with little evidence that prior discussions or notes had been reviewed. On several occasions, I had to repeat information that had already been shared multiple times. This lack of organization made the entire process exhausting and eroded confidence in their ability to manage complex architectural work.

What stands out most is the emotional toll of the experience. Working with an architect should feel collaborative and reassuring, especially for projects that involve significant personal or financial investment. Instead, this experience was marked by frustration, uncertainty, and constant follow-ups just to get basic updates. The stress caused by this lack of reliability far outweighed any perceived benefit of working with the company.

To be clear, this review reflects my personal experience, but it is an experience I would not wish on others. There may be clients who have had better outcomes, but based on what I encountered, I cannot recommend Prish Architect Company to anyone seeking dependable, communicative, and detail-oriented architectural services. Architecture requires precision, accountability, and respect for the client’s time and vision—qualities that were, unfortunately, missing throughout my engagement.

In conclusion, if you are considering hiring Prish Architect Company, I strongly encourage you to proceed with caution. Ask detailed questions, insist on clear timelines, and ensure everything is documented in writing. Based on my experience, the gap between expectations and reality was far too wide. There are many architectural firms that value their clients, communicate effectively, and deliver on their promises—sadly, Prish Architect Company was not one of them.
