Priority Sewer & Drain

I had a problem with water damage in my kitchen floor and contacted my home warranty company Total Protect. They assigned a contractor from Priority Sewer & Drain, LLC. The contractor assessed the issue as a clogged condensation pipe on my AC unit. Total Protect didn't cover the job, so the contractor offered to fix it for $295 plus tax, which I paid. The next day, I thought the pipe had been replaced and snaked out, but water was still coming out onto the floor. I called the contractor, and he promised to come back on 8/30 at 6 pm to fix it. However, he never showed up, didn't answer his phone, and didn't return my call. I haven't been able to use my AC unit since 8/25, and it's been over 95 degrees. I'm a patient and considerate person, but I don't appreciate his unprofessional behavior and leaving the job incomplete.

So, I had a water heater problem and called *** Home Warranty. They sent out Mr. Dwayne J from Priority Sewer & Drain, LLC. He said he could fix my washer problem too, so I agreed. He replaced the water heater and briefly looked at the washer. He said it was a main line problem and charged me $895 to snake it. He came back on Sunday, three hours late, and snaked my house for less than an hour. He said it was a city problem and called *** Sewer and Water. They came out, snaked my house again, and found no problem. I told Mr. J that the city said it was not a main line problem, but he disagreed and called them again. The second plumber from *** Water and Sewer said it was a clogged drain behind my washer and warned me about Mr. J. I texted him, but he didn't show up the next day at 2pm or the next morning between 9 and 10. I called another plumber who fixed the problem for $400. Mr. J scammed me.
