We signed the contract with Priority Payment System on 1/31/2025 and regretted it immediately. We called Rich our local contact in NY and he would not cancel the contract so we sent certified letters to Priority Payment System in GA as that is the address on the contract and Synovus Bank stating in writing we are canceling the contract. We got back the certified confirmations. Yet on March 11,2025 they withdrew $12.95 from our bank account, then on March 18,2025 they withdrew $495.00 from our bank account, which now I know is an early termination fee but we canceled the contract within the 30 days allowed. Then on April 8,2025 they withdrew another $12.95 from our bank account even though they charged the early termination fee in March. They took a total of $520.90 from our account. When we contacted Rich about this he just kept talking over me and in circles and has no intention of refunding these funds. Customer service at Priority payment systems claimed they could not do anything. My bank, Chase is not doing anything as well. Stay away from this company and the local rep Rich, in NY.
