Printograph/Gotprint review: Poor customer service

We used the company for several years as a broker. They removed us as a broker for no reason at all. The customer service is horrible. You can never speak to anyone except some call center who doesn't know much. I will never do business with this company again and would never recommend them. There are other online printers who are much better to deal with.
