PrimeCard review: I want the full amount refunded to me back

I called to cancel this card and they charged my bank $95 x 5 transactions, $45 x 1 transactions, $10 x 1 transactions (that was put back on accout). When I called the lady told me yes my card was canceled and not to worry. I told her I want my money back as it was charged after I canceled the card and she said don't worry. I have yet to see my money returned to my bank for these charges.
