I was so fortunate to have worked with Shaun Panochit on my recent refinancing of my mortgage. He took the time to find the best possible deal and lowest interest rate that he could for me. In addition, when the FHA loan required what I felt was an inordinate amount of information from me, he always got me calmed down and walked me through each step. I know he spent long hours making this all work! In addition, Chrystal Mayhugh, the loan processor worked well with Shaun and with me to get the job done! She was wonderful as well! I definitely recommend Prime Choice Funding to anyone who is looking to refinance their mortgage.

GREAT EXPERIENCE: I very recently refinanced my loan through Prime Choice Funding, Inc. and could not believe the excellent interest rate I received, especially considering that the property is used as a vacation home. My loan officer, Lorenzo Kyritsis, and Loan Processor, Lana Kim, did a fantastic job of staying on top of the loan to make sure it closed promptly and smoothed out any wrinkles in the process. They were both very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and easy to contact. Most of the time, when I dialed their numbers, they picked up on the first or second ring. NO PHONE TAG! I worked with Lorenzo K, my prime contact, and Amy Thi, the Loan Processor on our new loan. Both did an outstanding job. Lorenzo was thorough and efficient in presenting the initial loan options, and in particular was able to clearly and accurately summarize all the cost factors, always the chief concern with me. Amy handled the processing part and quickly navigated through some detail issues toward the end to enable final funding very near the target date. Most impressive about both Lorenzo and Amy was their responsiveness to my questions and concerns all the way through the process. If I had a question or an issue, they were there immediately to ackowledge it, and expedited resolution as needed needed, even on weekends.

I was shopping to refinance my house and I was in process with another lender when I came across Prime choice funding Inc. I thought, I should gave them a call. So Glad I did, because Prime choice gave me the best rate and lower fees than four other lenders and credit union. I just finished refinancing two properties with Prime Choice Funding. I chose Prime Choice Funding from the overwhelming number of positive Google reviews. I am glad I did. I worked primarily with Mr. Brighton T and then towards the end with Mr. Bob Z. Both were very professional and very quick with responses to my questions. They made the process very easy, and most importantly I never felt pressured to refinance with them. In fact in my initial contact with Brighton, he recommended waiting for a while as the difference between my rates and the current rates wasn't that great. After several months the current rates dropped enough to make it worth my while and we started the re-finance paperwork. I had a great experience with them and would recommend Prime Choice to anyone.

Lori M. communication is not very good. I would call or email her and response would take several days. I was quoted a price and rate with no points. Almost two months into the process she sends me a new quote with a .25 point charged end of August . I already paid for the appraisal, subrogation of my HELOC and the time. I called her and she says well the appraisal came in lower then we expected so I have to charge you this. The appraisal occurred a month earlier end of July you had several weeks to call me and discuss the change but she did not. She said I didn't think it would be a problem. When do you make decisions for a customer without even discussing it with the them? It took over two and half months to process my Refi. It was just a very bad experience all the way around I would never use them again to refinance a property.

Prime Choice Funding is the best mortgage company that I have dealt with. I have looked around and got quotes from many lenders for our home refinance but Prime choice gave the best rate. All this was possible coz of my agent Lori Mason she is absolutely amazing and handled our case very professionally. Lori, always made sure that we get the best deal and good rate she even worked on repairing our credit score by giving us important information on how to increase the score and waited until the score went up (unlike other lenders who would simply close with what they have) due to which we finally got an awesome rate. Lori, was with us throughout the end and made sure we close it in time. David Arnold, from the processing team got our loan processed from the underwriting team as quickly as possible and made sure we stayed with the rate that was quoted initially. David, always stayed on top of things and wrapped up the final processing very quickly. All in all the entire team of Prime Choice did an awesome job. Happy with their service. Thank you!

I recently completed a mortgage refinance through Prime Choice Funding. The agent I primarily worked with, Adam C, was very communicative and helpful. I actually ended up going with Prime Choice because as I reached out to multiple different companies, Adam was the one that was willing to do work on the front end to crunch numbers, explain details, and answer questions. Some other lenders I sought out requested me to fill out and submit lots of detailed paperwork before they would even provide estimates. A couple lenders just kept calling multiple times a day with no other contact. Adam reached out to me professionally in email and text to give me flexibility to reply on my schedule and set up a call with him at my convenience. Part way through the process I had already given his information to some friends of mine, and they are now halfway through their refi process with Adam at Prime Choice as well. When it came time to sign documents they arranged for a notary with the title company to come to my house around my work schedule. It doesn't get much more convenient than that! I didn't think the process would be as smooth and easy as it was, and I'm very happy with my decision.

Recently we received our property tax notice and saw taxes had skyrocketed. At the same time we noticed that 30-year fixed mortgage rates were dropping. We called our mortgage servicer and asked for a refi rate. Too high. We checked *** and left the message we were interested in re-fi. We were now well into Covid-19 Stay-at-Home lockdown which created its own problems, but Adam guided our application through the process and we had a good rate locked in. Ana C, Loan Processor, then joined the team. We worked with Ana to fine-tune the paperwork. She coordinated the final steps. We signed our final documents on our porch. During the entire process from that first phone call to the signing Adam and then Ana were responsive to our emails and calls. We heard back promptly. Hours before the porch-signing I needed some info. I called Ana and she called back within minutes with the information I needed. We were delighted working with Prime Choice Funding, and its representatives Adam C and Ana C.

Prime Choice Funding is hands down the best company when it comes to refinancing. I called after getting a letter in the mail promising this absurdly low interest rate 6 months after buying my house (like we all do). I can't explain why because most of the times I just throw out the letter or I will call and be on hold for 20 min and then hang up but I thought why not give them a call and I am so glad I did! This company is no BS! What they promised me was true, and not only did they closed my loan in time but went as far as to even drop it further to ensure they kept my business. Shaun Panochit was my loan processor and was so helpful, patient, and smart. He took the time to explain ever nuance of the process. He would be up at 5am answering calls from me when I would have a question about why this expense in the closing cost needed to be there and even went into work on the weekends to compute different options available to me. He broke down the savings I would see, the time it would take to recoup, and explained how interest rates are determined. If i called another refinance company and got promised a lower interest rate, Shaun would not only match it but find a way to beat it! They would do anything to keep my business and I really appreciated that dedication. I have recommended this company, especially Shaun Panochit to ever person at my command. Our current VA loan was sitting at 3.25%. We had been receiving numerous mailings from a bunch of banking entities offering the VA IRRL at 2.25%. Being skeptical I honestly tossed them all away. One day I decided that I would just call one of them, and it so happened to be one I received from Prime Choice Funding. I initially spoke to Stephen and he took our application over the phone in about 5 minutes. He explained the time frame and the minimal things we would have to do. He advised I would receive emails that would start the process. Everything he advised happened and when he said it would. As my loan progressed I was handed off to Britton. I can say unequivocally that she is probably the most amazing and customer service oriented person I have ever worked with. I'm extremely detail oriented and ask a lot of questions (retired cop). I would email her and I would immediately get a reply that was not "canned" but genuine and she always answered my questions with class. Even if everyone else was bad she would make up for it with her unique and caring attitude. I can't say enough good about her! She is simply awesome! My loan officer Bob made sure everything was in order and everything happened as he said it would and when he said it would. He as well as the Big Boss Keith would email me periodically and make sure I was happy with their service. In a time of craziness I found it very refreshing. In closing I would HIGHLY recommend Prime Choice Funding for your VA refinancing options. I was extremely skeptical but I am no longer. If I could give them 10 stars I certainly would!
