Several problems evolved from a deliberately ignored problem on priceline.com website in reference to confirmation# 3H2MPD for Anrea Herrer-Joseph the traveler by Debbie Littles the Priceline Account holder. Priceline options created for resolution created greateer hardship and were not any resolution to the problems created refund, filing a claim, change to itinerary although purchased were not resolving the problem. After hours on the phone and sending emails several times and calling Caribbean Airlines Customer who needed wheelchair assistance and who bought the ticket for the funeral of her mother was left with no resolution by both Caribbean Airlines and Priceline and Affirm. Affirm options on te website were not accessible from the priceline website. Customer service representatives were not trained to handle the problems. Excessive additional fes were demanded by hidden rules on the website. Additional Services were forced on the customer to meet emergency. Priceline and Caribbean Airlines did not provide any relief. Several emails sent to priceline did not provide the customer with any resolution. The information on the website was showing information that was not accurate on the priceline website. Services offered were non existent. Change Services paid for were denied to the customer by priceline.

Desired outcome: Customer paid for deliberate fraud, deception and damages, impediment of commerce and services charged and denied services after website showed services were included purchase on website for what customer paid and did not receive.
