Priceline and Budget both-- review: Rental car+391-332-983-45

I booked an economy car with Priceline on May 14, 2021 for pickup on December 23, 2021. confirmed: KIA Rio or similar. (at denver Int'l) It was to be for 4 days, and total quoted was $363.07. I modified it for an additional day and the new price quoted was for $537. approx. The car company Priceline selcted was budget, and its conf. # was 3966631US5.
when I got to Budget's counter, they had me reserved for a VW which they said was insufficient for two people with a total of 2 bags.
They gave me a Toyota Corolla. Pickup time was 9:36 am on 12/23; return at 10:48 am 12/27.2021 — total price $581.40.

I think at least they could have shown me the VW and let me choose if it was good for us.
