Price Pfister review: kitchen Faucet replacement part

I have placed an order with pfister customer service 5 times and received 3 wrong parts. I have not been able to use my kitchen faucet for over a month.

Each time I requested the part I explained to the rep that I needed the part that the water lines hook to.

I received 3 different plastic diverter valves which were not what I needed.

Finally today I went on line to find out the Specific Name of the part I needed. it is called a Spout Valve and has been discontinued so their lifetime warranty is useless. I will never puchase a Pfister faucet of any kind again. Very sorry customer service!
