Prestigia review: This company is complete garbage! Do not use!

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! Today is 9/01/26. On Aug. 11, 2026, I made a hotel reservation for Vegas from prestigia.com and received my confirmation email. 2 days later I called the hotel to confirm the room and bed type. They could not find a reservation from me. I contacted prestigia and they responded quickly they were investigating. On 8/22/26, they sent me an email the next day, giving me a hotel confirmation #. (Here's a copy/paste of their email).
"To help ensure a smooth and swift check-in, please find your Hotel Confirmation Number (HCN) below:
HCN: [protected]".
I called the hotel again and this was not a valid hotel confirmation #. There were too many Numbers and no letters. I contacted prestiga again and the next day was informed by them; "Kindly be informed that your reservation is confirmed at the property and can be retrieved using your name."
I called hotel AGAIN and NOPE, nothing in my name OR, when they checked, no emails from prestigia.
THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM! Today, 3 days from my conference, I called the hotel directly and they had a cancellation for me and booked a room for me. I think contacted Prestigia to say you can quit trying to find me a room , 22 days from the Original booking, not having ANY confirmation in the last week, just them saying they are looking into it, then inform me that they were able to find my name in reservations with the hotel and that they could not cancel and refund. I told them Yes, there is one from my name, because I booked it myself. They NEVER even gave me a confirmation number in the email. Here is their response after NEVER giving me a valid confirmation #.
"Kindly be informed that, according to Toni at the hotel’s Front Desk, your reservation can be located in their system, and you may proceed with check-in by providing the guest’s name.
Therefore, the reservation cannot be cancelled free of charge.
Thank you for your understanding."
A lawsuit against them will be coming shortly.
