I made reservation for a hotel but when I received the reservation confirmation via email immediately after I clicked on cancel because they booked it completely wrong. They literally booked me for 2 rooms for the same night and one of them was a non refundable room that I didnt want,. I literally canceled within seconds on the website when I saw they got it wrong and they are now saying I cannot have refund for that room as it is non refundable but I never even wanted it. I have called 2x but there is only an ai answering service and their email responses have said no refunds for that room. I literally canceled the reservation before they sent the confirmation email. I have the cancelation email on 1/22/26 at 9:20pm and they first sent confirmation email on 1/22/26 at 9:36
Claimed loss: $592. They had given me refund for one of the rooms but not the more expensive room
Desired outcome: I was the full refund which means an additional $592
