I ordered a flower arrangement as a gift and it arrived in the wrong color with poor quality flowers. I submitted photographic evidence and a customer service representative acknowledged the issue and promised a replacement within 72 hours. That replacement never arrived.
When I followed up, I received a response from their Quality Management department claiming the original delivery met their standards and closing my case without ever addressing the promised replacement. They essentially ignored their own rep's commitment and denied my claim entirely.
The flowers were wrong, the follow-through was nonexistent, and the resolution process was a runaround. I would not recommend Premium Florist for any occasion where quality and reliability actually matter.
Recommendation: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
