I was told that my Auto maintenance contract had expired. (not True). They lied.
I made a deposit of $1,450 on a new contract and told that it was refundable if I notified them within 3 days. I called the next day and was not able to talk with a manger wo could refund the money. I was put on hold for 45 min. then 25 min. then told that manager would call back. No call. My Bank is now filing a claim in my behalf.

Claimed loss: $1,450 deposit

Desired outcome: Get my money back and stop these people from doing business in Fl. or anywhere else.At the least remove their name from the Better Business Bureau
