On 3/15/22 I signed a $55,265.24 contract with Power Solar for 19 panels and a new roof. This was after being contacted by their sales rep Cynthia. I was promised lower electric bills and tax incentives that would be significant. They stated the tax incentives could be used to pay towards the solar loan. All of this has been a lie. The Sales Rep Cynthia as well as her assistant Brita do not answer emails or phone calls. One email was answered very rudely with a reply of "I sold it and now I am busy it is the busiest time in solar history call someone else for issues and concerns, here is their chat and email address."

I was never given the contract for my roof to show the warranty on the roof or the name of the installer. I don't know who installed the roof or the company name. The roof has nails sticking out and showing in my patio area which are a danger. When I contacted the sales rep she refused to help me and will not answer me. The name of the roofing installation company is not on any of my paperwork. My roof is supposed to have a 30 year warranty. I want my paperwork.

One of the micro inverters failed to work at the time of the installation. The system was never connected or turned on at the time of the installation. My true up bill for the first year was over $1500 and I ended up with zero electrical savings in addition to a payment for the solar contract. As a widow I am having a hard time paying these high bills. I reached out to JI Electric to find out about my issues and concerns with the installation to find out that they are no longer the contractor. I had to find someone else to help. A new micro inverter was ordered by Enphase they turned this on and still no help from Powur. Powur refuses to help or send someone out to inspect the concerns. My second true up bill is in month 7 and already at $1600 dollars. The Powur customer service is horrible and rude. They block my number. I know because if I call from my phone it won't take my call but if I call from my work cell it goes through (bad customer service) I called them out of this and recorded the conversation. They refuse to help with the issue that for one whole year my system was not connected or turned on. This was their fault due to the contractor that they hired and I made them aware of this concern as soon as I found out. I was promised 11954kwh of energy in my contract and they are failing to deliver this as promised in the contract. They refuse to come out to check for issues or concerns. They will not email, call or address my complaints. The tax credit does not exist unless you owe money. The tax incentives do not roll over to another year as they promised. This company has lied to me in so many ways just to get business from someone who was already in the process of dealing the death of my husband of 34 years. I have a child that I need to care for and I am a single mother. I had just lost my husband and couldn't afford another high bill but they told me this would save me money not cost an extra $200 on top of a $300 electric bill. So far I have not had any savings, just additional costs. All I asked for was the company due their due diligence and keep their promise to provide electricity and lower my electric bill. Come and verify, check what is wrong with the system you installed. In addition pay for the year that the system wasn't connected. they promised a service and it wasn't given.

Claimed loss: $55,265.24 $3000 true up bills when micro inverter and system wasn't and system wasn't connected. Fix the issue of the nails coming from the roof. . Provide me with my roof contract and name of roof installer.

Desired outcome: Fix my panels to provide adequate electricity so I don't have a $2000 per year electric bill. Provide my roof contract so that I have my warranty available. Give me the name of the roof installer.
