Power Xl review: Power Xl

I have had my oven for less than a year and as of yesterday it quit. Please tell me something can be done about this. Way to costly for it to power out. Blowing out cold air. Please inreally need my item. My oven has gone out and my landlord is not responding to messages to fix that and ive been waiting for months with them.

When you turn the dial it makes a noise but nothing turns on... I dings when timer is off. I need to know what to do with it ny husband wants me to throw away.
