Postbank review: Social relief distress grant r350 I'm complaining about post bank

Hi guys I'm very disturbed as to how post bank as stole my 350 grant I receive a date as normal on the 27 the of November 2023 last year for my grant but when I went to take my money out there was a problem with the machine so when I called post bank to ask what had happen they said that Postbank has revised my money due to the fact that there was a problem so I said OK when will I receive my money they said that they will return my money back in 2 to 3 working days month's are gone even the year I keep calling and the guys at post bank speak so rudely to me they laugh on the phone and when I ask who I'm speaking too they say I don't need to know I think this is very unprofessional and need to be addressed... I don't think us poor guy who are crying out to them deserve to be treated in this manner... I want my money back I don't know how many guys have had the same treatment if so don't be still this is serous Postbank is stealing poor peoples moneys!
