We've been on the fence about purchasing some tracking devices for our fleet. But after the great customer service from their sales and operations staff we decided to purchase a few units. We've had their product in our fleet for a few years. We're very happy with their level of customer service. Any questions or concerns we have, they respond to and take care of them right away. Anytime they develop a new feature they offer a tutorial and have an expert available to answer any new questions we might have. When the technology became obsolete with cell phone changes, they sent us the new technology to be installed in our vehicles no charge. We really feel like they have a personal touch when communicating with us and we are definitely more than just a number in their client list. The tracking devices themselves are easy to install and the website is very straightforward and intuitive and the mobile app is perfect for what we need it for. Overall we're very happy with our relationship with Positrace and Global Fleet Management.
