Porsche Centre Nairobi Limited review: Delays in parts and service of porsche cayenne

I have given my Porsche Cayenne Registration KCH 444N Chassis WP1ZZZ92ZGKA36531 For repairs Since 20th January 2020 to Porsche Center Nairobi on the 27/01/2020. I was issued a quotation which indicated that parts are to be imported and would take 2 weeks. I promptly made the payments in advance on 28/01/2020. After the payment was done, We have been chasing the service center for updates. We have always been given excuses that the Headquarters hasn't sent the parts on time or the parts are stuck somewhere in transit. This was way before CoVID 19 lockdowns began and affected flights. It is not fair for a customer to wait over 2 months for repairs to be done. I am highly disappointed with the Delays and shifting timelines.
