Affirm claims to stand for integrity, yet despite the overwhelming evidence I provided, they inexplicably ruled in favor of the fraudulent company, Pop-Up Veneers. I submitted three complaints, and shockingly, it took them only three days to decide in favor of Pop-Up Veneers. I sent detailed photos of the unusable veneers, which were of atrocious quality, and there was an unacceptable delay in sending what they claimed were fixes. This deliberate delay has resulted in my losing the 30-day warranty, and that is absolutely unacceptable. As a customer, I expect timely service and support, and the lack of action in this case has directly impacted my rights as a consumer. Affirm has received many negative online reviews regarding similar issues that I have encountered. They often respond by suggesting that customers contact them, but this appears to be just for show. I attempted to get in touch with them three times over the course of nearly three months, and each time was a waste of time.

Country of complaint: United States

Claimed loss: $ 500

I'm reviewing Affirm and pop-up veneers.
Affirm went from being a reliable company to feeling like a scammer, similar to pop-up veneers. Pop-up veneers are a scam. I contacted them right away to cancel the order I received because the item seemed to be of poor quality and looked counterfeit.
I have submitted my claim to Affirm, including clear proof that the item is entirely useless to me. I am not willing to keep something that serves no purpose.
My case was under review for the third time, now I refuse to pay for something fake and unsatisfactory—it feels fraudulent. Affirm keeps threatening me, saying it’s being reported to the credit agencies, to pay before negative reporting begins. I won’t be making any purchases through Affirm again.
Affirm has ignored my evidence for the third time, I submitted the claims, and has taken an unfair approach. The sale did not meet my expectations, and the merchandise I received is completely useless. I refuse to pay for something so ridiculously useless, especially at such a high price of almost $500. I’m starting to think Affirm might be receiving some money for this.
The merchandise Pop-up veneers sent arrived late, which compromised the warranty. I tried to cancel the order immediately but still proceeded with the shipment. On top of that, the second item I received late was of poor quality and seemed counterfeit. It feels like the cancellation was deliberately ignored to force me to keep the items. I refuse to pay for something worthless and will no longer do business with your company because of your unwillingness to resolve this issue. I made three complaints to you, and all three times you ruled in their favor. Furthermore, I sent every proof I have. This shows Affirm prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction.
