I purchased 3 sofas from Poltrone Sofa in October 2024, which were delivered on 11 Dec. 2024. Within ten days I noticed wrinkles in the leather in one of the sofas--I reported it to the store. They admitted my contact with the store and sent a Tech to look at in February. Tech immediately said that the wrong side of the cow had been used. Poltrone Sofa told the credit card co. it was my fault beçause I signed for the sofa on delivery and closed the support ticket. .
I created new ticket and after going back and forth, in Aug. they said they would try to fix it after Sept 15. Since Sept 15 and Oct 15 have both come and gone, I've been messaging them to no avail.
