Last year I was stopped for "speeding" in bedford, texas and irving, texas. Actually, I was the only person on the road going the speed limit, and everybody else was speeding so fast past me on the roads, that I felt like I wasnt even moving! But yet, *i* am the one getting a "speeding" ticket!
I had asked the bedford officer, nicely, why he didnt bother to give tickets to the other vehicles that had just sped passed me, two seconds before he stopped me... And the jerk lied to my face and told me "they werent speeding"!
I had called the bedford police chief to find out what kind of math the police department used to figure out how *i* was speeding, but the other people going faster than I was on the road, were not speeding. I was calm and nice, and spoke to him in a civil manner, as all I was looking for was information. This police chief flew into wild accusations and delusions of a rampaging nature! Telling me I was wanting to make him punish this officer, that I was calling them lazy, and all sorts of rants and raves! The man was trying to pick a fight with me over the phone for some reason, and all I did was ask what kind of math system they use to figure out how I was speeding, but nobody else wasnt. The man was almost becoming violent on the other end of the phone. I just said "thank you" and hung up.
I had gotten a "speeding" ticket in irving, tx. Last year, and the officer did the exact same thing to me! 4 vehicles sped past me only a few seconds before we all passed this officer, yet he ignores these actual people speeding past us, and stops me and gives me a "speeding" ticket! This time I called some of those lawyers who say they can get you out of any speeding ticket for cheap. And they all said the same thing. "we dont serve irving, texas". I asked them why, and they all said the same thing..."the irving police department and court system is corrupt beyond corrupt". I was told I could have all the most powerful lawyers in the world represent me for anything in irving, texas, but I would never win, because the entire legal system in irving, texas is corrupt to the extreme.
And now, I get yet another "speeding" ticket from another "officer" who was sitting there watching everybody else speed down the road past me, and yet gives me a "speeding" ticket! Hell, this guy was even parked in full view of a major intersection where I had been stopped at, and watched about 30 vehicles speed thru the red lights... And yet, he allowed them to do this, with no punishment at all!
So why the hell are they harassing and persecuting me? I stop at red lights and stop signs. I dont speed... Like they let everybody else do... So why me?
Stay away from irving, texas and bedford, texas! They are both corrupt!
It IS my business if the officer didnt pull anyone else over.
They are to enforce the law to EVERYONE...not just who they pick and choose! If 150 vehicles SPEED thru a red light and the cops cannot be bothered with this, then I should be able to go 2 miles an hour over the damn speed limit without being singled out for persecution.
I can take any of you to any part of this city and watch the police totally ALLOW EVERYBODY ELSE to speed, hit and run, speed thru school zones, drive thru corner lots instead of stopping at the light, driving on the WRONG side of the street, driving in the dark/rain with NO headlights on, speeding down the streets almost hitting other vehicles, turning left from the right lane, turning right from the left lane, stopping in the middle of a busy street for NO reason, etc...and the police will do NOTHING to these lunatics...but yet I go over the speed limit by only a tiny bit, and I get a ticket! Thats COMMUNISM people! There is no America anymore. Its Communist Amerikka now.
If ANY of you idiots would actually READ what I wrote... I NEVER said I was not speeding! I said all the OTHER people on the road were speeding PAST me! Why dont you go to school and learn how to read!
And to Johnson19...So this policeman was aiming his "gun" at ALL the speeding cars going past, and just sat there. And yes, they were ALL speeding PAST me, so how were these people NOT getting a ticket if he was "gunning" them too? Hmmm?
I would think its common sense, even for a ### like the police here, to catch the speeders who are going a HELL of a LOT faster than I was! Why settle for MY $150 dollar ticket when they could have got one of those super speeders and charged them $500?
And, as I had stated in my original post, this guy was sitting IN FULL VIEW of a major intersection, watching people SPEED thru the red lights INTO passing traffic! So, exactly HOW is it that all these violent speeders can do whatever the hell they want, but I am the one that gets the ticket?
And yes, that IS communism. Unfair, unjust, law for whoever you choose. That is communism. Well, actually its closer to socialism, but they way they work, its pretty much communism.
There is NO democracy in the police forces anymore. NONE.
I know there are a few good, honest cops out there, but they get "buried" by all the corrupt ones...so whatever good they try to do, it gets shoved off into the ditch.
In the 16 years I've lived n my irving/valley ranch home, raising my daughter, I've had to call the police about 25 times, not just over her, my husband was murdered by his brother last year who happened to be an atty. The brother was panhandling off him and became very jealous of me that he would ALL his inheritance from his brother to me, and he did. Doug drew up a will in Feb 2016 with an atty in the Highland Park area. I read it. I was given POA over Doug should anything ever happen in his words " whatever the case DO NOT let Barry get POA over Doug yet he told the dr he was and blocked the rest of the family from speaking to the Dr Kevorkian. In 5 days Doug lay in a coma trying to recuperate, and would've. But Barry used these days to seize everything Doug owned. He had no keys and no permission from Doug to EVER enter his apt without Doug being home. Doug did not trust him- rightfully so. I reported to IPD they came out 2 of them, immediately turned off their body mics and cams and began harassing and berating me. "Ma'am, this man is prominent atty in Irving and we protect him. He also owns 2 illegal AK-47's which he sits on his patio and shoots the wildlife on the canal with and thinks it's hilarious. Got an atty to go to IPD supervisor, NO HELP. My boyfriend had one of the officers, a D. Johnson tell him I'd been blacklisted, which is illegal. I a sdwf, disabled, raising a child and I have come to the conclusion that if you call IPD you become the perp. NO JUSTICE! SGT Williams is the most crooked of all, giving the orders. He has kept my child from coming home and put her at a unknown boy friend's house for two weeks while he had me investigated by CPS- who concluded the case was filed in error and dropped it after screwing my daughter's life up, as well my mine. I now have a broken family, my daughter has been put on the street in WA state by her deadbeat father, Greg Klare, and NO ONE from Irving, with a Judge's order, will follow that order and go get the [censored] that has done nothing but ruin his daughter's life. He lured up there to get all my ID and acct and network info which she brought him. Then, he kicked her out. IPD does not care at all. WTF? I've filed a complaint with Internal Affairs who wants all the details of m 16 yrs here. I will be citing all the officers' names. I plan to take some badges or shut them down all together for harassment of women and children, very common here. Please keep us in your thoughts and add to this if you can totally relate or recognize the officers names here: Det Goerski, SGT Williams, Det Chewning, officer D Johnson, officer Long they transferred to the south station because of the harassment, they tired of me calling him in on violations. I know a cop in Frisco, he a his 5 brothers all born and raised in Irving. All 5 in police force at all different cities, not one at Irving none of them applied there because "their PD is bad I would not associate myself with them". Sick way to do business on your citizens/victims.
All cops are ###! Bedford PD must be exposed! Chief Gibson, investigate your officers of WE WILL investigate you, ### !
Well, the ### who posted the comment about the Irving court system allowing defendants to state their case and get a fair shake is full of crap. The Irving judges who preside over simple traffic ticket cases are just as much bottom feeding city civil servants as the Irving police officers who wrote the tickets.
Bottom Line Here: Traffic ticket fines are a major revenue source for the city of irving, and the irving traffic court judges WILL NOT let something like truth and justice persuade them to listen to reason and do the right thing. That's just the way it is folks.
try parking to go pray in a residential area, LEGALLY, on a curb where there is NO hydrant or ANYTHING ELSE, and getting a SPEEDING ticket, WTF is up with THAT!?!?!?! I am goingto PROVE I was NOT in the car speeding as I am on VIDEO, PRAYING, at the time of the "ALLEGED" speeding episode. The officer MUST have "AIMED" his "GUN" at the cars speeding along the highway right in front of the housing complex to get the "EVIDENCE" of "MY" speeding... Also an officer TOLD me at the irving mall that there are "GRANTS" for four hours given to the officers and srgt to get them OVERTIME and they are EXPECTED to ticket ANYONE even going 1 mile over the limit. They are that f'in desperate to drum up money?!?!?! FOR REAL, they are the most stupid and crooked mo fo's around, and I guess they are in competition with the Oklahoma "Dixie mafia" run-police departments...I WILL take my video camera and make SURE I get evidence of this fraud being perpetuated on all the innocent victims in irving or at least those who park to go PRAY... Go outside a BAR or nightclub and get the drunk mother ###ers off the street and keep THOSE idiots from killing people, not those who park to go PRAY...
Give it up already. The Irving PD are not ###s because you happened to be speeding and got caught. We all speed and most of us have gotten caught at one point or another. How many times have you come up on a cop obviously doing radar only to have the person directly in front or behind you get pulled over? Did you stop on the road to tell the officer you deserved a ticket as well? Do you actually think the police have some type of multi car radar gun? Point and shoot. it's that simple. The fact that you've received more speeding tickets in a short time than I have in the last 5 years should tell you something. Do what everyone else does and go through a lawyer. Maybe the cop won't show up and it will be dropped. On the other hand, if he/she does show and you get deferred adjudication you're completely screwed, Lead Foot!

So you were speeding in Iriving? The reason I ask is because the speed gun doesn't read you as you whiz by. They have to (and here's where it gets the nickname 'gun') aim it -- like a gun -- at cars, and it takes a few seconds to register the speed. Now, based on what you're telling me, the other cars past you just as all of you passed the cop. Now, watch this, because this is cool. Based on what you wrote, that would mean you were the lead car UP UNTIL you passed the officer. Now, soldiers don't shoot the first enemy soldier because they hate him more than the others; they shoot him because, well, he's first.
You were in the lead, you were the first one they clocked, and -- here's the cool part -- you WERE speeding. They pulled over the first person they clocked. Which, brace yourself b/c it's another haymaker, is LAW! If they clock a speeder, they can't let him go to get a faster speeder. What they do is they have to stop that speeder, and they radio ahead any suspected speeders to other units. So, now that your pathetic whimpering has been destroyed, stop acting like a college-age ###, and move on.
