[Resolved] Points2Shop — unban my account
Points2shop, why did you ban my account?
I've been with you for several years and I swear I did anything illegal.
I have earned some points filling the surveys and wanted to finally get them. And all of a sudden my profile was suspended.
I wrote to customer service, but they haven't answered yet.
I have read other reviews and I can see I am not the only one. It's frustrating...
Customer Service has done everything in their power to resolve the complaint. All attempts to contact the customer have failed. Therefore, the complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and its services are concerned.
