Pocket FM review: Unreasonable episode limits and excessive pricing
Watching only one episode a day of The Alpha’s Bride means it could take me two years to finish the entire series. This is frustrating, unreasonable, and unfair to your customers.
At this rate, I will lose interest in the story and switch to free story apps that offer good stories without daily episode restrictions or constant ads. Those apps provide genuinely free entertainment without making customers feel pressured to pay to continue enjoying a story.
I will not purchase stories through Pocket FM. Your prices are simply too expensive. For more than $80, I can purchase a book or an audiobook for less than $20 and enjoy the entire story without unreasonable restrictions.
Pocket FM should focus on making stories affordable and enjoyable for its listeners rather than limiting access and charging excessive prices. Customers should not have to spend a small fortune or wait years to finish a story they enjoy.
Unless Pocket FM makes meaningful changes to its pricing and episode access, I will take my business elsewhere. There are plenty of other options available that offer better value for my money.
Recommendation: Open up a few episodes a day, instead of only one episode daily.
