Agensi Pekerjaan PMA, Penang HQ & branches in Alor Setar, Puchong & Cheras has committed criminal offense of not abiding in MORE THAN ONE award handed down by the Tribunal Court. I had my court hearing with PMA Penang on 4th September 2014. Thanks to social media, I came to know of a person in the same dilemma as me. In both hearings, the judge has awarded us monetary refund due to misrepresentation & incompetent maids who ran away just weeks into their employment. PMA has not only defied the 14 days deadline to pay the award but has ignored appointments fixed by the Penang's Ministry of Trade & Consumerism enforcement officers to investigate their non-compliance. This has been dragging on in the past 6 months. To date, we have served PMA through our lawyer the Notice 218 which gives them a 21 days deadline. They ignored this too! Please Help!
Any idea why AP PMA & AP Innovedge shared exactly the same information on their websites? Same owner/partners?

Yj2, don't worry. My case was taken by Kpdnkk to magistrate court on PMA's non compliance. Of course Judge ruled in my favour & PMA has no choice but to pay up in the end. They also end up paying costly legal fees for hiring their own lawyer but it's zero cost on me. Non compliance of tribunal award can never win, consumers must know their rights! U can lodge ur report w kpdnkk and they wll take it up from there. All the best!
HI, PMA has also ignored the tribunal award for my case. They arrogantly told me to proceed to take legal action.
I really hope that serious action can be taken on them to protect consumer. Is not the first time they ignored the awards, but still operating the business like normal, lack of action on this irresponsible agency made them more & more daring to disregard the tribunal award.
