I thought their service was great, but after a few months they have just stopped sending us the toys, we've received nothing for 6 weeks (they claim a 24-48 hour turn around on receipt of a toy) and their customer service will do NOTHING to assist. They continue to charge us every month for this 'subscription' and will not credit us the money in the account even thoguh they are no longer providing a service
