I am trying to contact Plex Billing regarding my Plex Pass. The Billing Contact form on Plex site does not seem to work, I just get a spinning icon after clicking the submit button.
I am trying to find out how to unlock some plex pass features that have been blocked with my current Plex Pass or buy another Plex Pass on my account if needed. User forums were not helpful.
Desired outcome: Contact me about my Plex Pass and fix the form on your website.
