PlayStation review: PlayStation won’t let me redeem my codes

Today (December 30, 2025) I was finally ready to play my Batman Arkham Knight game for the ps4 for the first time ever so I decided to remove the factory sealed wrap and open the video game but to my surprise I have to type in the codes to in order to play each of the 3 additional content (As Shown in the Pictures) and the codes expire tomorrow (December 31, 2025) so without hesitation I type in the codes immediately but unfortunately I keep receiving a error message (As Shown in the Picture) so I try to type in the codes on the PlayStation App but I keep receiving a error message then I try to type in the codes on the PlayStation website but that didn’t work either so as a last resort I contacted the PlayStation support team about this issue but unfortunately the PlayStation support team wasn’t helpful at all. The first PlayStation customer service she sent me a email with a case number (Case Number 48741684) so I can upload the documents so the PlayStation support team can investigate this but unfortunately it takes 2 business days which this wasn’t going to work for me because my codes literally expires tomorrow. So I contacted PlayStation support team the second time this PlayStation customer service told me that my codes has expired that why it’s not working so I ask her when did it expire she said it expired on August 6, 2025 which doesn’t make any sense because my codes says it expires on December 31, 2025 after that she very dismissive ended the call. So I contacted the PlayStation support team for the third and final time this PlayStation customer service told me that my codes has expired that why it’s not working so I ask him when did it expire he said it expired on June 8, 2025 which doesn’t make any sense because my codes says it expires on December 31, 2025 so I ask him to get his supervisor or manager then he said sorry there nothing they can do since the codes have expired. While it was still December 30, 2025 I try redeeming the codes again later just like the error message told me to do then eventually I receive a new message saying that this action has been attempted too many times (As Shown in the Picture) At This Point this is False Advertisement.

Desired outcome: I just want Sony PlayStation to let me Redeem and download the 3 Additional Content so I can play them on my PlayStation 4
