I just purchased two playstation portals for my boys. They are child family members attached to my account. They requested playstation plus premium subscriptions to have a library of games to play. I approved the purchase, and come to find out child members cannot use ps plus subscriptions to stream. So I have reached out to sony/playstation support. They only offer cht support there's no answer to the number given and it says they are always closed. So I went to the chat method. And twice I was disconnected without error on my end. And I feel I have no way to get help with something I cannot benefit from with my hard earned money.
Desired outcome: Refunds for two playstation plus premium subscriptions added back to my account wallet or in the form of a gift card.
