Someone hacked into my PlayStation account. They changed my email address so my account technically doesn’t exist anymore. If I try account recovery, I don’t ever receive the email because I’m going to assume my account doesn’t exist but good luck getting a hold of them other than via chat which I tried and they pretty much told me sorry too bad start over. I will never buy a PlayStation again. This company Security is a joke as well as their major lack of Customer Service, which is pretty much nothing other than AI, which doesn’t help you at all. After I “typed” to explain everything this is what I got as a response - see pic — in other words - too bad
