PlayStation review: Login issues and requested closer

hi there I had a ps5 for a few years now my name is jason and I had a text from sony saying I requested to close my account and I have not requested it so I would like my account back and I cant log in my playstation app or playstation network website or anythink and I am unhappy about this issue they say on a text message if it was not me contact them through the playstation website how if I cant login I want my account back its made me angry with the service my online ID is Thekrays_brother and my email is [protected]@gmail.com
