My account had unauthorized charges from 9/10-9/11/25 totaling $95, therefore I disputed these charges with my bank. Now my account is suspended. On 9/22/25 The rep I spoke with along with an email stating after investigation I still needed to pay $25.01 to reinstate my account. Each time I ask about the investigation and why I should have to pay if my account was hacked, I get hung up on. I have been with PlayStation for many years and have spent lots of money on games on my account. I don't see this is how loyal customers are treated. I finally decided to purchase gift cards totaling $30 to clear my account to only receive an email stating I now owe $30.24 more. I find this strange that it wasn't mentioned previously. This is very strange.
Claimed loss: My account has been suspended since 9/15. Everything I've purchased through Sony PlayStation is being held hostage
