Playstation is the WORST company I've ever experienced. They have BS security. My family management account was hacked. Someone charged over $400 on my account that I was trying to dispute with the bank and then PS decided to suspend my account because "I had the nerve" to want my momey back. For TWO WEEKS I've received crappy responses and agents who are worthless. They don't help you. They don't restore the account and I've never been so disappointed.
Recommendation: Don't buy PS products but if you have to...don't save your information for any purchases. If anyting , buy a gift card and use that instead. Secure your account and change your passwords every week
