Wrong pic didn’t even work

Took a pic and did not get any help to make my plant healthy. Will delete this app. Take me off any subscriptions.

I downloaded this on my phone last month and it will not respond or load it opens but closes it self I want my money back if possible and this app is not cheap

Too much.. Simple as that

These excessive fees will pay for gas to the local nursery for over a year, and I get a staff of people that know what they’re talking about.

Looking at the sample plant, Guiana Chestnut, and seeing many typos. Just wondering, how tall is “60 toes”?

For such an expensive app, I would expect a better presentation.

Helps me understand what plants I have in my house because some I brought because they are pretty but can be toxic to my dogs. Now that I know this I can handle them properly.

You can grow anything if you research the plant with this app!

Only using free version. Good at identifying my plants. But it did erase my garden and I needed to start over again. If it’s not gonna let you keep all your plants it should tell you.

Price is way too much to get the information about plants and to scan just more than one in a day. If price was way lower, say 20$ a year, id definitely buy it but not with how it is now.

Aloe vera isn’t in the list of plants you can add in the app, which is odd because it’s a very common plant.

Also, I don’t know why the app asks me to leave a review before I’ve even had a chance to use any of the app’s features.

We’ll I just downloaded the app it said it was free although the app talks about free 3 day trial then it is $6.99 a week… not into that. From what I saw it looks like a good app but still seems deceptive?
I’ll be deleting the app

I was charged for a whole week during second day of free trial. Which was unexpected and unpleasant. The info about plant problems is not personalized to certain plants, just general guidance. The app does not have much info, some of my home plants were not recognized correctly.

I purchased app , it did perform all its functions. Emailed app they gave some guidance. Did what they requested and no luck still did work. Emailed them again and they have yet to respond it’s over week. I provided them proof that I did purchase the app. Hopping Apple will direct them to refund my money!

I could find this info on Google without paying a high fee! I wish I had not gotten this and gone with another. I am contacting my bank with the original Ad in hopes of getting a refund! Nothing at all like you stated! False advertising! Is not helping me with my plants at all! Google yourselves and save your $!

I tried this on a dwarf key lime which it repeatedly incorrectly identified. I was trying to get a diagnosis and that can’t happen if it cannot ID the tree. There is no option to correct it. It repeatedly wants you to upgrade to the paid premium version. Hard to consider an upgrade when it cannot ID a common plant.

App consistently (from three different camera angle) misidentified snaps of a tropical tree as a “black cherry” which used up all my free snaps. Does not give an option for other trees it could be, or for feedback to be submitted indicating that the snap ID was wrong. Nice interface, but… it needs to work to be worth a download.

I really like this app. I have many plants in my home. We just moved across country and some of my plants were not doing very well. I down loaded this app and 2 months later ALL my plants are back to their full color and looking great again. I think I would have lost a lot of them if I wouldn’t have found this app!
I will keep this app and share it with all my family and friends…

I have tried multiple apps and they all ended in failure. This one was so helpful and informing. I only with that it could have a feature to tell what diseases your plants have. Other wise I am very satisfied with this app. It also has a 12 photo per like 24 hours, or you need to pay. Which is a little annoying, but I have a small plant collection. I enjoy the app a lot and am happy with the results. Thank you, and I hope you enjoy.

Downloaded app today. Was only able to take 2 pictures before it shut me out for 12 hours. 1st photo was of one branch of a Very large Douglas Fir tree, the app gave me the correct answer. The 2nd photo was of the entire tree from a little further away. The app told me it was a Serbian Spruce, which it isn’t. The developers need to allow increased opportunity to test the app without waiting 12 hours before I would want to purchase it.

I selected the free trial option and was charged $52.99! I contacted them, but still haven’t received a response.

This app is definitely NOT worth it. While reading information in the Diagnose section, the sentences were incoherent and grammatically incorrect. (Like what happens when you put something written in a different language through an English translator…they didn’t take the time to read over and make the necessary edits).

I shouldn’t get frustrated trying to read how to diagnose and treat my plant. I can’t even use this app and can’t even help my plant. This is trash.

This app doesn’t even deserve a single star, and I’d give it a negative 5 if I could.

I tried this app for a couple of days then tried to cancel it, but there was literally no option for that! Followed the link for “cancel at anytime” and it only allows you to renew. It says you can’t cancel a current subscription, but then says you have to cancel more than 24hrs before renewal to stop it renewing - in other words - you need to cancel future subscriptions during the time of your current subscription…which it says you can’t do. Yes, it’s as much of a runaround as it sounds. I got a refund and cancellation through iTunes, but as a warning to anyone else who thinks of trying this app: DON’T do the free trial.

It’s also terrible at identifying plants, misidentified numerous times, and once said a clearly focused macro shot of a flower, “didn’t contain a flower.”

Plant App is nothing like I thought it was.Can not use the app.Now they want to charge me $5.00.more to cancel.I lòoked at app for a few minutes after I down loaded the app today 9/10/23 approximately 12:00Pm.I can not use app cancel charge.

Also there us no where in the app to cancel the trial subscription. So unable to cancel. I went a Email to cancel with no response from plant app.

I scanned my comforter and it said that it was garlic mustard! lol

It did not identify correctly or tell me anything I needed to know

This app is still the worst I have tried. I will not continue my subscription!

So inaccurate it’s sad dose not have much of a database just don’t bother it’s a wate of time

It got wrong the first three things I asked it to identify quite wrong. So, I deleted the app.

The app alludes to belong with care for plants but it does not. Not worth the price they want you to pay.

The app opens to a blank white screen. My phone is fully updated and I have no issues with any of my other apps. Help!

This app is terrible, could not even identify a rosemary plant. I tried the 3 day trial and cancelled within 15 minutes of it not working
