Pizza Papa Murphy review: My committed refund

I had placed this order the pizza literally stinked with the meat topped on top of it n it wasn't eatable at all. I had complained on talabat the next second I took my first bite. Several agents promised me for a replacement. I spoke to around 30 agents. On call around 6 managers lied to me that the delivery boy is on the way with a new replacement. You people wasted my entire weekend for me waiting at home that a rider would show up and exchange nobody did. At last when I was pissed off waiting for the whole day I asked with aggression that I don't want a new pizza now take this damn back and just give me my money back because you guys wasted my money my time n spoiled ruined my weekend your manager n agents gave words that within 24hrs someone would pickup the pizza n return my amount in cash to me. I kept that disaster as it is for good 48hrs with me n kept calling n complaining nobody bothered to show up at allllll. Still to date when I message regarding to this issue they say I will be refunded. Talabat has literally loss my trust. You people miscommunicate cheat your clients hard earned money even your managers are liers. To my currency 50aed is 2275rupees which means a lot of worth for a bread earner like me in such pandemic situation.
I want my refund to be issued
