Pilgrim's Pride - Race and unethical work environment

To whom maybe of concern its seems that I am having a very complicated time understanding my new manager and the treatment process she has put into place strictly because she is being directed on what too do on the phone from out chemical guys but after she makes the changes she has a hard time explaining the ups in downs of that process. Just like for instance I was ordered to keep the water at 8ft by her for the second shift operator in which I made the adjustments that was needed to be able too do that by the number of feet that the system gains every two hrs.' at this time a week later she tells me too turn the system on earlier than what would have aloud me too accomplish the desire she had put into place at that time I tried explaining too her that I could do that but the water level maybe more than her desired wish and I got taken to HR. Because she took my explanation too her as a argument now she tells me that I should do this and over work because she doesn't want it too be more on the two night shift operator because she can see that there confused about there job non the less they have been working there two years so since they haven't caught on am I supposed to be punished and discriminated against and work like a slave for operators that can't catch on. Now lets remember I worked nights when this system was all manual with one screen shoveling chicken every morning and I worked my tail off just too get too days too be a superior operator but now I have got too be punished and made to work harder for those that have been there two years but still doesn't know the process and at that there white she is white and I am black I would like for someone too investigate our log books were we right down those things we do a day because no manger plant are HR comes too the back to actually know who does what they can only go by word of mouth they don't actually what are who is doing the work but they are the ones who has to discipline u for those things that they are being told without any proper knowledge I feel we should have a HR coordinator are someone inspect the mechanical as well as the operator and I don't feel there should be favoritism for one shift and not the other because she wants 8ft for night shift but I come in too 13 and that's ok why because there white are because they don't know the job. Now lets look at the bigger picture when Eugene was there I was never a problem are had one with Co workers but then he put all friends in the same department that I trained that stays in the same trailer park and was in the feds together every since then its like its them against me too get one of them to be moved up before me but no one sees this they just here in see that its me because they are planted negative seeds about me every time we get a new manager so im a bad apple before I even get a chance so that's is the only reason I have a bad imagine because this was hr whole plan because everyone e that has worked back here has said that he always ask if they will be ok working with me that's negative so if I have that many against me how do I ever overcome. Now I don't have any problems with my manager are HR. At all but I do feel these factors should be looked into.

Desired outcome: Hr to recognize the difference when they put all homeboys in friends in one area the outcome is this

Pilgrim's Pride - Safety manager

I really don't have a idea wants going on but yesterday I was taking out of hassmate class do to lac of communication I was never told the time of the class so I came 40minutes late and which I was advised to go ahead and sign in only to be stopped by our safety management Eldato tell me to go talk with my manager and which he told me he took me off the list and once I notified him that they said I could sign in he said I could not went to hr. And was put in class today safety manager came to waste water simply to direct my chain and which a month ago she asked me to keep tucked in never once told me I couldn't wear it I see my co worker wearing chains all the time and although my chain was tucked away and had no chance of getting in anything that I do which is to operate waste water I am not maintenance are am I around are exposed to food product she made a big issue instead of just saying James you can't wear it but in different departments people wear wedding bands and chains it's not being brought to there attention because there not working maintenance are on the product floor and which neither am but she made it seem as if she had told me this before and which she did not I had to ask her what did she want from me because she asked for me to tuck it and I have since that day nothing has been said up until today a day after she refused to allow me to sign into hassmate class I feel this is simply a plot of retaliation for going to hr. To see what the problem was with me getting into the class because as safety there are alot of things we can look for that's will cause life are death instead it's focused on a chain that's clearly hidden on a operator of waste water that spends the majority of his day walking around the plant checking the water.

Desired outcome: To be talked to accordingly were it's understood and not for safety to be used as harassment

Pilgrim's Pride - Management

Now I've worked all year to be able to take some parts of my vacation days. I've worked for people why they have taken there's so today I'm supposed to be in Arkansas because I put in for vacation last week to be off today and tomorrow. Simply to be told by my manager that it's my job to find someone to work my shift so with that being said sounds like if I never find someone to work my shift then I can never take vacation what is the reason to give a seven day notice I thought that was so that the manager had enough time to revise the schedule so u mean I'm supposed to find my replacement so who is at faught if I go ask another employee to work my schedule and it Sparks up a confrontation between the two workers because the manager has put me in that situation to do a manager job I have no power to make are tell another employee to work for me but he does and refused to use his power as a manager so I guess I'm stuck at work are lose my job are take points once again seems like abuse of authority to make a person do things to keep him from being the bad guy it's getting ridiculous once again.

Pilgrim's Pride - Waste manager and hr manager

I am a co worker that feels James Johnson has been retaliated on and discriminated against because of a complaint that was filed. He works different shifts to help and accommodate other employees in need of training without any additional pay. This is not included in his job description but he complies to be a team member. He is not made aware of of being scheduled for 3rd shift until receiving a call on Sunday as to why he is not at work. He receives a point for being late which was not his fault for to miscommunication from him manager not informing him of the schedule. He is then told by his manager not to call or text him anymore. What is said in confidence is being relayed to others and taking out of context and causing animosity between employees to seem as though James is being difficult to work with.

my cousin had the same kind of situation only he went to HR and informed them that his super visor was talking down to him and cussing at him, the next day he found himself with a write up and on a 30 day treatment plan a week later he was terminated. they tit for tatted him... I find the whole situation just down right vindictive... Considering that his supervisor was also like a friend, the supervisor brought up the personal conversations that they both had about my cousins family life, and put it on the treatment plan..
God works in mysterious ways though, Thats grounds for a nice hefty lawsuit for wrongful termination...

Sarah Boyd told his old manager that he couldn't work days because Alvin was on days they took that men off of his shift for that reason I remember not to long ago Chris Cooper and Edward glen had him in Hr because he wrote in the book that he was running out of caustic every other week and couldn't treat the water at that time Cecilia called James in for a write up and he refused to sign it because Edward glen and Chris Cooper were saying that James couldn't treat the water and had problems with everyone at that time he asked to appeal the decision of the write then they throw it out Edward glen has a problem with James because he told Sarah Boyd and Cecilia that he couldn't look at Edward glen like a lead because he used to have to stay late to do the system because Edward glen was to drunk to treat it he then brought it to gambino attention and this is the reason for his retaliation with James he has worked and treated the water for two years trained and came in after shift taught the maintenance guy how to treat water and fix everything from pump to ball values he has been there to answer questions his manager didn't know when Kyle has asked him he would text James to ask James the answer like one situation was plant management asked him what kind of pumps he had back there and he text JamesAnd James text hin the answer about T6 t4 and t3 it's hard to have someone that has never been at work at night shift asking a person why u had to use this chemical and that chemical and doesn't know anything about the system were his workers has to bon him out of situation then when it's time to fix things just because he knows James knows how he makes James still do the maintenance work I feel all leads and operator should at least work the plant by thereself at least one night a week it's easy to sat and tell another what to do bt who can all actually work it by there self at sanitation time when pH changes in the water I believe James knows more and can treat the water without anyone working with him he has done it on days and nights how many others can treat water by thereself at any situation at night there has been no accommodation are pay raise for James for his work ethic he has trained every operator and maintenance worker in waste water at this time in waste water beside Edward Glen and hung they lied to him and told him you had to have a class c license to be a lead when u don't need a license at all at a pretreatment plant alot that he does goes against his work description look at the clock and no one else is working outside of there shift are being made to come in then they scheduled him to work without him knowing after him telling the boss he could only train outside of his regular shift for three weeks after he did three weeks the boss put him back on schedule to train the lead and told another hourly worker to tell him which never did neiami Pitts told Emanuel that he didn't tell James he was still given a point when Emanuel called James at 751 to let him know he was on schedule Alvin didn't even know his schedule and came in on the wrong day there is alot of favoritism all over this plant alot of people are looked over because they gossip and not chose by work ethic and Sarah Boyd to tell another manager that he needs to get rid of James because he is the problem is just way out of line and a direct line of dislike toward a worker this guy has family friend kids maybe sister and brothers that works at this plant gossip gets back to him his entire family is baracial bt I see it and I'm sick of it it's ridiculously that he can't come to work without someone saying they don't like him because he wrote Alvin up it can't be comfortable for him having to work not knowing when there going to plot up against him to fire him because of him being concerned about his safety of someone was coming by my house taking pictures calling my cell phone I would have done the same thing people violate government documents and gets a slap on the hand bt people have verbal argument and be fired ridiculous .

Pilgrim's Pride - Retaliation

I am a co worker that feels James Johnson has been retaliated on and discriminated against because of a complaint that was filed. Pilgrim's Pride - hr manager waste water manager

Well first off I'm really tired of the mis treatment based off of me having to file a complaint on a worker here and every since this happen I've been targeted. So I've been told by a manager that our HR manager has told him she wasn't going to give me a raise are make me lead I've spoken with Gambino Westley Carter about the situation but it's still been the same I have been training coming after hours to help waste water operator and working different shift for no pay in which this is not in my job description. So my boss Emanuel Idehen asked me three weeks ago if I would train a operator for three weeks on third shift because I'm a first shift worker I told him I would for 3 weeks that's it because I have my kids so last wed night he asked if I could do it for another week I replied I can't because of my kids and it's a little frustrating he said ok then he tells another operator to tell me he put me back on shift which never did and Sunday at 751 he called me telling me I'm on schedule to work to train the lead I replied I've got to take my kids to school he told me I could come are point out I came got a half of point for not being told I was working outside of my normal shift again asked him if he would fix the point nothing has been done on it then he comes in tell me that I am not to call are text him anymore when there is open door policy at Pilgrim when it comes to manager and for him to tell me that was really missed up then goes in tell Alvin that I said he can't treat the water in didn't want to work with him anymore because I said I couldn't do another week so I feel that whatever he ask of me I have to do it to prevent from being fired and I don't think it's right for a manager to get you to confide in him then go back and tell the workers he said this are that now everyone feels like I don't like anyone because of this kind of talk when I've went far and beyond to do and help and anyway I can and to be treated unfairly and talked about behind my back and tell workers I'm talking about them is wrong And I know I will be retaliated for expressing being treated wrong bt I don't believe in talking behind people back bt when people don't have the courage to tell a person they can't get it they turn the bad guy on someone else. Bt no other operator is being made to work outside of there shift and all I ask for is to be judged by my work ethic not what others has to say because something's needs to be investigated because when a operator is told it's his job to figure out why the pH on the water is low someone doesn't know there job description and I just want to work and go home don't get points come to work and don't get write ups bt because I'm not afraid to keep someone from discriminating against me I get retailiated against bt what would they do if someone was messing with there lively hood retalliate like what will happen about me stressing the truth and I've contacted my attorney about this matter she will be in contact with the plant and I have went through protocol about these situations.
