I am a current employee that works at Pilgrims Pride Sumter South Carolina and I assure you that the shift manager and all of cut up and big bird supervisors smoke marajuana and do cocain on the job during the times of 10 o’clock p.m. to 8 o’clock a.m. Lorenzo, Sabu, Devontae, Iseigh, Salisa, some of the big names the new guy Mitch smokes at the pallet yard the rest do it on break and on the clock. If u send them all to medical everyone will fail I assure u this is why it can’t progress positively and surpass the pilgrims that’s located other places.

Pilgrim pride work you over your, hours and not paying anything. And supervisor unit manager. Threaten me on my job. Cause me to lose my job that why. I'm not there now. To whom it may concern I have some concerns i'm writing about the workplace in Sumter SC. Last week two employees got into a fight, it didn't end well one of the employees went to the other employer house it ended up deadly, this was on the news. You have supervisor going with the employees which is prohibited married men and women are fooling in with supervisor and other employees no one in human resource is taking the job very serious no telling who has the covid-19 no one has been tested. Upon leaving the job no one wears mask so nobody knows who have what, Barbara Jenkins has been there over 15 Yrs. she fool with a married man on the job by the name of Bryan Heyligar this is her third relationship with someone else men on the job I really would like to stay anonymous but it's a lot going on at pilgrim's pride they also need to be randomly drug test drugs are sold at the job.
