Pilgrim's Pride - Discrimination

Hi, I had recently got employed at Pilgrim’s Pride a company of JBS, and I really love the job so far but I had encountered a racist situation this week. As I was walking to my car me and my fiancé heard a women yelling to another one about how “she can’t stand black [censored] [censored]es”. She was talking about a women she had an argument early on. So I was talking to my husband saying how racist that was and she entered herself into my conversation saying “[censored] I’m black” so I explained to her how black or not that should of never been said, we got into an argument but as women we can have a dispute without it being a problem, I didn’t care about the situation but she definitely wasn’t going to let it go because she revolves around drama. Right after the dispute I had called someone in HR and explained the issue and she said she would take care of it. That Friday when I’m coming to work me and my fiancé is being suspended for an investigation where we didn’t do anything but have an disagreement and my fiancé wasn’t even in the argument. I really feel like your company just discriminated against me and my fiancé, because I did everything right and reported it right after, I left even though she was calling all out of my name so nothing would transpire and I’m not the women who made a racist comment. I’m very unproblematic the next day everything was fine we sat at the same table, held conversations and all and then Friday we are getting suspended possibly termination which is so unfair we are grown adults not children we know how to conduct ourselves in a work place and Me and my fiancé really need our jobs, and my fiancé did nothing but told me to let the argument go its not worth it and that’s what I did even though I was seriously startled by the conversation. Nobody in HR is a black women so I felt like they were taking the incident as a joke because we are victims, nobody should have to experience that and this is Juneteenth Month our month to celebrate our freedom and I have to encounter racism my first week of work. I went to a predominantly all white school and I got bullied my whole life and called all kind of racial slurs and I expected my company to have my back instead I’m facing termination.

Desired outcome: I really need my job, I haven’t did anything wrong.
