Date-07/15/2010 Trans#-[protected] session# 102919 Salesrep-Melissa Payamount-$96.74/debit. After taking photos i sat with sales rep and asked what the cheapist option was purchasing photos. She stated $90. I again asked if that was cheapist option. she stated yes and proceeded to tell me what the picture package included.(club card, picture cd, and photos) i then purchased the $90 pkg she std was the cheapist. (it is my sons one month old pictures) I then returned home and viewed their website excited to view the pics online. to my surprise their cheapist running special was $4.99 for 30 photos! I called the studio and expressed how I felt I was lied to and how I wanted to cancel my order and recieve my money back. She std I must call the 800#. so i called the 800# and they std that she was able to do it for me. as i explained to the rep on the 800# my complaints she stated that i wld have to take it up with the district man- Lisa(). After calling and calling I finally spoke with her on 07/20/2010. i explained my list of complaints from the amount i was charged (due to being lied to)to the professionalism as well as the lack of pictures (and pic quality) that were on the cd disk. the website states the cd will come with all pics from session(21). i recieved only half(12). at the end of convrstion she stated that she would find out how my debit card could be credited. i asked her to please call me back to follow up on how ths would be done. another manager (holly ) called me from another store not to long after- explaining how i could then return to the purchasing store with the card the pictures were charged to, id, and reciept( my mother purchased pics so she would be the one returning to recieve refund) to be credited for the picture pkg i purchased as a result of being lied to. not even an hour later lisa(district man) called me again and told me that she would NOT refund my money because i had recieved the pic cd. i explained to her that i told her and all the 800# reps that i had the pic cd. if she had listened to me on the phone as i was stating my complaint as well as looked in my calling account she would have know that. again- i stated this many different times to many different people that i not only had the cd but it did not come with all the pics like the website states! *so basically she stated that they WOULD return my money- then she stated she would NOT in two different phone calls!*- after that i then asked for her managers name and number- she stated that she would not give it to me that i again had to call the 800 # for that info. i called the 800 # to get the info- they will not give it to me! All i want is my money back for being lied to. I asked the woman at least twice what her cheapist package was- she lied! now because i recieved a pic cd (that they burned and gave to me)at time of purchase they will not refund my money. i only accepted the cd b/c i was told it came with the package. i have been told several different prices and several different stories. i have spent, at this time, four days on hold and on the phone with the 800#. i told the manager i would give her back the cd, the picture club card and i wanted her to cancel the order. the manager and sales associate were rude and short. this is the main complaint! i have others- i asked for white and black background- they took 4 in black (out of 21 pictures) i had to remind them i wanted the black. they did not attempt to cross the hands or feet of my son (i had to do it) so his pictures are mostly of him laying there. the angles are horrible- i was told i purchased a $90 package- i was charged seperatly for the cd, pic club card, and pics on reciept that equaled $90. there are more complaints and details that i do not have enough room to write about. they are the ones that lied and decieved me into buying something i did not want dollar wise but had to have for keepsakes( my sons one month old pictures)
