Pickering Chrysler review: Trans repair and false battery sale

We own a 2018 dodge caravan about a week ago the transmission stopped working and it wouldn't move the check engine light came on and I had it towed to where I work it had about 5 transmission related codes my wife called Menzies Chrysler and they said if there was less than 100, 000 kils on it the trans is under warranty it had approx 93500 at that time they called and asked me if I thought if it was a battery issue and I told them no because we had never had a problem with the battery and I told them I had it towed there because the transmission stopped working and the van would not move they told me the trans pan was dented which was a lie because I looked at it after I got it back and there was no damage to the pan they insisted on selling us a battery for $400 dollars and changed the trans fluid and filter which didn't fix anything because the day after we got it back we had the same exact issue and got stranded again and still have to ret a car for longer now than we had planned
